Amazing and comfortable stay with my family and a very cheeky free 18-months boy running all over the premises at all times! Great customer service, very careful to everyone’s needs in a genuine but professional way, attentive to detail and kind at any time. Impressive to see how Valentina was in the first line at all times, helping in the restaurant as well as at the reception and present when needed. Definitely worth to mention is the swimming pool, the best one I have ever been for coziness and for accessibility to kids. Three different heights for every need on top of the ground color that makes it look like oceans’ sand! Rooms were clean and cozy. We booked a superior and received a see-view spacious room with everything we need. Furniture and room overall looked quite brand new or recently refurbished. Distance from the beach is minimal as wel as the cleanliness of the beach. Very much appreciated the bike rental service at any times available!! If I have to find something to say, I would mention the balconies, too “open” at the bottom and therefore very dangerous for any kids. Also, if possible would be more appreciated to have restaurant opening times anticipated for both lunch - at 12.00- and dinner - at 19.00 in order to allow the little ones to have their meals at regular time for them. Other than that, very much recommended and super in service offered! Great front and back staff!

What a wonderful hotel - we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely resort. It should be a four star hotel! Upon our arrival we were greeted by a most gracious staff. Our room was a beautiful suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and with great views of the sea! The food was superb - breakfast, lunch and dinner - were some of the best meals we had during our stay in Italy. The swimming pool is amazing - so clean and refreshing - the perfect spot to tan and relax with a good book. The poolside bar is awesome and there is a nice playground for the children. The beach is only a block away with a private club for hotel guests. We rode the hotel bicycles one morning to the beach to watch the sunset. It was amazing!! The staff is more than wonderful and helped make our stay so enjoyable. If you are looking for a place where you will be welcomed as a special guest, this is the place!! Anyone thinking of vacationing in Alba Adriatica should choose Almaluna.
