It was amazing. The view and the food were good. The hotel has beautiful beach and swimming pool. They have joyners too. One of them Fabio Roca, he is so funny, positive, knows English, acting in the scene. I think that the work is for him and I saw that he loves his job.

Hotel not prepared for foreign tourists. Old rooms with non-working contacts, non-working elevator to the beach. Early breakfast is a joke you pay for normal and get coffee and a piece of cake. Dinners good but you need to come as early as possible because not all dishes are added.

One week after the holiday and still thinking about it :) - Wonderful hotel with magnificent views and beautiful, cozy beach with crystal clear water. The organization in the hotel was perfect, the food - tasty and the staff - extremely kind. The rooms were very clean and bright. The excellent animation team made us feel welcome and exceptional. Special thanks to Monik for her attention and friendliness and to all charming boys and girls of the team for the pleasant emotions, they were fantastic :). I had an amazing time in Torre Normanna and would love to visit it again.

Everything was wonderful down to the smallest detail! Unique views and beautiful emotions. The rooms are large, quite clean. Breakfast is rich, and dinner - a variety of delicious food. Despite the many guests of the hotel, you could feel the personal attention - thanks to Giuseppe and Antonio. We are impressed with the animators we have become friends with. It is rare to meet such responsive and energetic people. It was obvious that they do their work with love and diligence. Mimmo - Charismatic, unique, giving to the max, brilliant...unforgettable! This person is contagious with his talent, his kindness, his soul. He came up with such programs from morning to night that we couldn't be bored. Every night there were different shows - comedy, dance, various quizzes, in which the audience participated. Monique is a wonderful girl - Extremely talented, artistic, with a big heart, very diligent, with an attitude towards vacationers and their relaxation! I have no comments. Special thanks to the animators who made our holiday an unforgettable memory!

The previous reviews were over two years old which didn't help however the review yesterday is accurate. Our travel agent, Voyage Prive, booked us here on a three location tour - the final leg. The other two were great but this just doesn't compare. We have simply been put in a hotel for young travellers, backpackers, students and huge groups. Today, groups of teenagers were around the hotel completing some kind of quiz. On a positive note, they were absolutely fine but any thought of a romantic last three days in Sicily just isn't going to happen. The actual hotel looks like a camp with some really shabby blocks all with towels and washing hanging on balconies and so on. It reminds me of an American motel. In fairness, the room we have in the main hotel is fine if completely lacking in character. The tiny balcony overlooks a stunning view of the North Scicilian coastline. On our arrival, around 3pm, the room blinds were defective so we couldn't open the patio door. Whilst they were fixed, we went to the pool. It was completely rammed, nowhere to sit, music playing very loud and so on. We had already been tagged with our wrist band which is a fixture for the duration of our stay. We decided to fill the time with a visit to the beach. You cannot access the beach unless you take the hotel mini bus but you need to book it in advance because it only takes eight at a time. The journey, around 500m, takes you to a padlocked gate. The driver opens the padlock and off you go on another 400m trek down a rocky slope to the rocky beach below. The sea really is warm and the beach is OK albeit you need shoes due to the rocky surface both on the beach and in the water. Next came supper. The dining room is the size of a gym. Reminded me of a refuge center during a hurricane. The food was delivered to the front of the room and off you go - help yourself. No hygiene measures apparent. Everyone just shuffles through choosing your menu. I guess you see the picture here. Sorry for the long review but I hope this helps others. It will suit some but certainly not for anyone hoping for something characterful or quaint.

If your idea of a good hotel is: Lift breaking down with you in it Buffet lunch at €28! Fire alarm going off Wearing a wristband which dictates where you can sit at a miserable breakfast Not being allowed a whole bottle of water per table! Having to wear a shower cap in the pool! Really loud synth music until midnight Your key card working for no longer than one day Then this is the perfect hotel for you!

Aged structure stuck in the seventies. the only bright spot is the private beach, but everything else is poor: rooms are basic; the breakfast is boring - and you need to pay for your espresso; cutlery and dishes not always clean. they charge you to use a shuttle bus (old van, needless to say) to the nearest village. drinks at the bar are very expensive. Not sure when they got their 4 stars, if ever.
