As a family we had a great week walking in the beautiful Dolomites. It was our first trip there and they really are very lovely. The staff at Haus Valentin were young, enthusiastic, fun and a real pleasure to be with. The food was okay, and plentiful and the company of other guests was fun. But be warned- this is...

We walked with Colletts holiday company last year and had a good time, so decided we would give the Dolomites a try and we came up trumps. From the moment you are transferred from the airport to the hotel you are met by a young and enthusiastic team who run the place. At breakfast you get a wide choice from porridge...

We went for 8 days with Colletts & had a wonderful time. The staff were all young, active and very friendly. The breakfast was buffet style and included juices, fruit, bread, jams, joghurt, cheese, ham, porridge, croissants & egg (scrambled one day, boiled the next). The porridge was particularly good & is an ideal base for a day out walking....

Done a weeks holiday there with Colletts. Really enjoyed the Chalet, well run and welcoming after a long day out in the cold. Fairly clean in the room though quite dusty under the beds and around the corners. The staff worked really hard to make everything run well. The communal internet struggled to work in the lounge area and did...

On the whole Haus Valentin is adequate. It is not competitive and you can definitely get better deals if you wait. Part of the problem is that it is out on a limb with only really easy access to the two Santa Croce pistes - but what pistes they are! The village doesn't really have much in the way of...

Myself and 5 very active female friends aged 50-65 have just returned from a fantastic week's with Collett's Mountain Holidays at Haus Valentin in Badia in the beautiful Italian Dolomites. The accomodation and food were excellent (breakfast and a 3-course evening meal are included, with local wine generously served during dinner). We tried snowshoeing for the first tiime and enjoyed...

We have just returned from a weeks winter holiday with Colletts. For the first time we have become too old to ski and spent the week walking the hills and valleys having a wonderful time. The chalet was lovely food cooked by owner could not be faulted, staff young, keen and enthusiastic. Well worth a 4 star rating. John Parker

We booked with Colletts Mountain Holidays and absolutely loved the property, staff and the fantastic walks. Great location just up the hill from the busses and a awesome view. The staff are so helpful each evening to help you sort out your next day's activities. Breakfast was really nice as well. There are so many little things that they help...

We stayed here with our two young children for a week in August. This is a well-run chalet used by Colletts Mountain Holidays in the summer and winter. All the food was lovely and they catered to our dietary requirements with no problems. The staff were all very friendly and very good with the children. Views from the rooms were...

My friend and I have just returned from a very enjoyable holiday walking with Colletts in Alta Badia. This hotel is very friendly - we were made welcome straight away both by the staff and other guests. The family that own and run the chalet alongside the Colletts team keep it spotlessly clean and also cook all the traditional italian...
