Fabulous family run hotel. Very friendly staff, who are a credit to the family owners. Nice clean & tidy hotel. Breath-taking view of Lake Bolsena from the front of the hotel & just a very strides away from the lakeside beech. Nice little extra is that each room has its own safe box, which is free of charge. Rooms &... More

After reading mixed reviews on the property and with no other insider info to go on, we went for it anyway. In preparation, we spent months corresponding by e-mail (in Italian, courtesy of Google Translate) with the owners, checking and re-checking as needed. They were patient with us and responded promptly to inquiries, Upon arrival, we found the hotel easily.... More

I have stayed at hotel Le Naiadi in Bolsena several times, last one being at the beginning of October 2008. The hotel location is excellent - just on the lakefront and only 10 minutes' walk from the old town of Bolsena. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful - the hotel is family-run and the owners have always... More

We stayed at Naiadi September 2008 on a tour with Travelsphere and unfortunately read the 2007 reviews after we booked but hoped things had improved. However, exactly as the reviews say, on first sight the hotel looks fine but as one walks from reception down the shabby corridor to the rear pool the hotel looks very ‘down at heel’.  The... More

I cannot understand how this hotel has a three star rating. I was not impressed and will not return or recommend. Certainly the front areas such as reception, dining room, lounge and bar give an air of quality. but the accomodation, that is the basic rooms on which the three star rating must be based are another matter - at... Just back from Bolsena and stayed in the Naiadi. Overall a very pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location is superb with beautiful views of the lake and beach not to mention the sunset. Found Bolsena itself to be a great little place, unspoilt Italy with a calm relaxing atmosphere. Overall would recommend this Hotel and Bolsena... More

We stayed here with a small tour group for a week. At first glance the hotel appears small and comfortable, but on closer inspection it is only the public areas of the hotel ie the bar, restaurant and reception area that are attractive and clean. Our small double room at the back of the hotel was dark and dingy. It... More

I booked two double rooms at this Hotel for two nights. The Hotel is in a beautiful position directly next to the lake. With just a short walk into Bolsena town. It has a very good swimming pool, but the furniture by the pool is a bit tired. The bar by the pool was very reasonable. The rest of the... More

The hotel proved to be very friendly, especially our waiter, Pepe, who always made us laugh. The family were most accommodating with menus, giving us a good choice, especially as my friend does not eat meat. The lake was most picturesque and the views from the dining room and terrace were wonderful, especially at sunset. The little town of Bolsena was... More
