We stayed here after a 10 hour drive down through Switzerland so were hoping it was going to be nice. It didn’t disappoint. Lots of parking out the front and there’s an underground secure car park too. Reception is very friendly and helpful and they speak good english. The room I was put in was massive. This was mid week...

We stayed only one night. Hotel well situated close to centre on the main road in/out of Bormio. Friendly, swift check in, free Wi-Fi, pleasant room on 2nd floor with a balcony. Clean and comfortable especially the bed. The leisure facilities are ok, gym limited, sauna good and hot. Towels, robes and slippers provided. Due to heavy rain we decided...

Nice hotel in Bormio downtown, with nice alpine-style rooms (not my favorite anyway). Very well located and very helpful staff (Roberto and Marzia are lovely both) and very good breakfast and dinner. I'll repeat.

Sizeable hotel on the main drag into Bormio. Very traditional Italian feel - stuffed animals in glass cases in reception, formal seating in bar and lounge. Breakfast extensive with lots of cake! Cannot comment on dinner as we ate out. Our "room" actually turned out to be an apartment: bedroom with double bed, living area with 6-seater dining table and...

We spent only one night in hotel cristallo. The room was cozy and very clean, as the bathroom. All the people working there was kind and helpful. The receptionist even booked for our stay at bagni vecchi in Bormio for the next morning. We didn't had the opportunity to visit the the spa inside the hotel as we checked in...

We spent 4 nights starting on Xmas eve 2015. The room was quite spacious and clean, a bit old-fashioned but globally ok. Only cons: no balcony as not all rooms have it so you might want to reserve it at booking time. The bathroom was reasonably big and well fitted; only grey point the bathtub re-adapted to shower cabin by...

Hotel is wel located near the center of Bormio. Our room was large enough, but the beds are a bid short, even for people of average length. Breakfast was ok, but not on a 4star level. We never ate dinner in the hotel so no comments on that. The hotel has a large cellar where you can store bikes (or...

The younger staff members at the hotel were pleasant, but the elder ones were quite rude. The walls in the rooms are like paper, so sleeping in peace is not really an option. Complaints are ignored. The spa felt dirty. The food was mediocre. Would not recommend.

We stayed for a few days in Bormio and selected this Hotel because of the location. Communication was a problem as hardly any staff speaks anything but Italian which I guess is ok as it is in Italy but for a 4* I would expect more. Nobody help with the language, food so la la.. That management made us pay...
