Very clean room. Cleaning every day. For breakfast you have as much good coffee and fresh juice as you want with fresh croissants. Place is perfect - 5 minutes walk to the main square. Plus a very tasty shop with sweets and cakes just behind the corner. Gaetano the owner is very helpful and friendly.

Only stayed for the night, but beautifully renovated room done with quality work and tastefully decorated. Preserved original Middle Ages construction where possible...beams, stonework, etc. Breakfast selections were amazing, plentiful and just perfect for a self-serve meal...meats, cheeses, breads, crackers, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Only issue was parking. Might be better if Gaetano lets people know that best bet is...

A wonderful small hotel in the heart of Brescia's old town. Gaetano, the owner is very passionate about his home town, and is happy to provide local knowledge about sightseeing in Brescia, and the many places of interest on offer. This charming hotel is situated within a 5 minute walk of the metro at Piazza delle Vittoria, which itself is...

Yes, fabulous. The best towels I have ever had in a hotel. Very good breakfast. Good, central location. Helpful and discreet host. All beautifully appointed and decorated and VERY reasonably priced. If you visit Brescia you do not need to look elsewhere. This is the place to stay.

Well it's not built to be a hotel but refurbished to excellent standards and comfort.Free wifi, lift, walking distance to station(if you want to) and free tea-coffee in room(not in many places). We got this luxury apartment with all modern amenities with classical touch. It's not noisy in night and pretty safe to walk around late after dinner. It will be nice if...

This is not an actual hotel. The owner refurbished a few apartments for the purpouse and did it quite well. The rooms are nicely decorated - altough only with the essentials. WI-FI is awailable free of charge. The breakfast is not particularly rich, but this is a given in most places in Italy. All in all, it is a good...

“If your a small family the XL room has two bedrooms. One would be perfect for a child or extra guest sharing your room. The rooms L and M, on the third floor, have less intimacy as they open out onto the breakfast room. But the whole hotel is lovely and quiet, so one shouldn't really have a problem.”
