Hi, anyway your service is bad, the rooms are small, really ugly and dark. (Design - zero points) The pool is old and unrenovated, the rowing machine is broken, breakfast from hell. And we took it as guests only because of tradition,the friendly waiters - and the good food. That has been canceled now. Old Lasagne, fatty Fish, dirty and crowded fast restaurent. Nothing for us. Of course it is your view as an owner, that your package is excellent. It isn't! From our view. You're just unprofessional when you campare it to todays standard destinations. Believe me. And we are now more sure than ever, that we did the right thing. We've changed and found an awsome hotel just 10 km away. The three days were a good investment. And one point: It is a clear hint, how minimal client oriented you think: When you change your whole model, kill full pension for the same price and take the last good point away, YOU should inform your clients right and not with an unprofessional e-mail.
