The people who own the Hotel Perugina are sweethearts and very willing to accommodate. The problem is that Tripmasters rates this as a four star hotel and at best I would give it two stars. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the shower was tiny ( I am 6' tall and 230 lbs and I barely fit into it.) The breakfast...

Hotel is nice and clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast is nice, though light (no ham and eggs ). Hotel owner owns a nice restaurant "Tribeca" as well. You can get 10% off there . The only problem I had - I left a scarf there (either in the restaurant or in the room) , and no one respond to emails...

Chose this hotel by its great reviews, plus points for the excellent staff and the cleanliness of the hotel, also the location being in between the old and new towns. Negative points, our room was small, the furnishings were old fashioned and tired. The bathroom was a good size but the towels and the toiletries were horrible. The breakfast is...

I have stayed with a group of friends for 4 nights at the end of this August. The hotel is well located and has enough parking space, although you may need some skills parking in the evening when the parking is full. It is very clean, towels were changed every day. Complimentary, we received 2 bottles of water daily. It...

Great deal for your money, hospitality and service at 5 star level. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect base for exploring nearby Tuscan and Umbrian attractions - Montepulciano just a 10 min. drive away. Breakfast at your own timing, very good but a bit monotonous. Many wine estates open for tasting within an hour drive. Need to have a car there...

Yes it's a cute small hotel but the parking is tight, the room is tight and the bed was very hard. The breakfast choice was yogurt, pastry and a little cold cuts,no fresh fruit or eggs.Would I go out of my way to stay there ? NO.

Hospitality and service like a five star hotel! The room was quiet and comfortable, with a bathroom that looked new.Breakfast full of cakes, with a selection of ham, cheese, bread, yogurts etc. Excellent quality for the price. Very good base to visit val d orcia, and thd province of siena. Close to the excellent etruscan museum in town.

We actually stayed here last September. Gino's wife was very pregnant at the time. Gino, Simone and their staff made all of the guests feel like part of their family. Dinners were especially amazing and fun. I understand the restaurant has moved down the street so not sure how that would compare. The only bad thing I could say about...

Just a great place that meets a travelers needs 110%. Family operated with the guests expectations always in mind. The staff is friendly and helpful, trying very diligently to speak English. The breakfasts are very good with assortments of meats, cheeses, sweet items, fruit, beverages, coffee or tea. The entire hotel is spotless and the staff all have service outfits...

We stayed in Italy for 14 nights, never more than 2 nights in the same place. This hotel was by far the best value. It was clean, had a very good breakfast, the staff were super helpful and most important of all, it had free, on location parking. Something of a rarity during our trip.
