My wife and I stayed here for our fist visit to Tuscany and it was very special. Amazing secluded location, beautiful style and views and gorgeous pool to relax by. The food was out of this world! Super breakfast .. and we ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner which was incredible. Truffles were in season and the chef regularly...

The hotel is tucked away from the view of the street, and can be hard to find, but it is truly a gem! From the rooms, to the service and the food, everything was just perfect. The staff were extra sweet, specially Paolo, who even helped us when we needed special medical attention. The staff are friendly and are always...

Fantastic, charming little getaway hotel: off the beaten path surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Great, large room with a comfortable, an over-sized bathroom, friendly, attentive service, and incredible view from the pool. We'd definitely go back.

We stayed for six nights from the 9th of June in this gorgeous small hotel. The building and gardens are absolutely immaculate and the views are stunning. Our room was on the 2nd floor, large and tastefully decorated with a huge bathroom and good air conditioning. We ate at the hotel most nights and the food is traditional Tuscan cuisine...

We stayed here at the end of May for 4 nights whilst on a tour around Tuscany. I knew from looking on the website that I would love it here but never really dreamt that it would be as perfect as it is. From the first sight of the house down the beautiful long driveway with olive groves and vineyards...

We loved our stay at Poggio Piglia. It was perfect...the views, the pool, the accommodations, the restaurant, the price. Val d'Orcia is simply breathtaking...the vistas, the charming towns...and the location of this place is spot on. We stayed in the separate modern cottage which was great...the advantages of the villa, but with privacy. Dining on the restaurant's terrace was sublime....

Our daughter found this beautiful Tuscan gem as a potential wedding venue, and invited us to join her on a planning trip. On arrival we were really impressed with the vineyard and the beautiful gardens around a stunning three storey farm conversion, done to the highest of standards, full of lovely architectural detail and modern paintings. The air conditioned bedroom and...

Stayed 3 nights at this boutique hotel. Our Deluxe Room was nice and spacious with contemporary decor. Love the beautifully manicured outdoor grounds and the wonderful view. It was very relaxing and pleasurable taking breakfast in the terrace with a great view in front. The lady at the reception desk was very enthusiastic and helpful. The only thing we didn't...

Poggio Piglia is a recently renovated old Tuscan building, which has been refurbished to the highest standards and with painstaking attention to detail and comfort to create a luxurious, boutique hotel experience in the Tuscan countryside. It has only a small number of rooms – I believe 8 or 9 – and this is renovation with Italian style and attention-to-detail....
