nice small room, warm and pleasant enough for the off season price we paid. Staff are super friendly & helpful. We were a party of 4 & frequented the small bar downstairs each of our 4 nights, very quaint little area, super friendly staff. What was a nuisance was the receptionist on arrival telling us that we had to hire...

The hotel has a good location and a really good restaurant: the Cervo d’oro Restaurant! We really recommend to visit this restaurant for its fine local cuisine. For the rest, the hotel is old, rooms and bathrooms need for sure to be deeply renovate.

A nice building, designed with much attention to detail and following a classical Alpine tradition. The rooms are quite small though and we found the service level falling behind the level of the building. If you get a room for a good price it's a good deal.
