Unfortunately, we only stayed at this hotel for one night. It's located relatively close to Como, which was our destination, and we regretted not to spend one more day in this area. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and counts with a beautiful pool! The room was big, had high ceilings, a very simple decoration. Bathroom was clean with soft...

Any destination wedding is always a treat! This one was very special in such a romantic & beautiful Castle setting. The castle offers both the hotel accommodations for guests, restaurant & the salons, gardens & all the splendor to make any celebration memorable! We loved the rustic-chic rooms, the several terraces, gardens & the food! Service was excellent which is...

Spent 3 nights at this place and though the building is nice, it definitely lacks 4 star service. Except for one waiter in the restaurant, we found the staff uninterested and not very helpful. A lot of details are not taken care of (a few empty glasses from last weekend's wedding in the garden, unattended pool, no laundry service, many...

We stayed at the hotel for our holiday, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything required. We ate in the restaurant once, although nice we thought it was expensive for the amount of food eaten. Grounds of hotel were beautiful and poolside was nice. The poolside bar was only attended at weekends so you would...

This old place has been added on to and is rather difficult to navigate through the levels and corridors. The hotel staff is not particularly helpful or attentive. After being led to my room in a far back corner, Frankly I wasn't sure I could find my way back - two separate elevators and several long winding corridors. My room...

it is a very beautiful country side castle, the view from the room was gorgeous, breakfast was good with enough options, there is plenty of parking but it is a must since the only way to get to this hotel and to go around the area is by car. overall it was a nice stay, staff can improve their attitude...

Nice view, average breakfast, bar expensive and barman not available to prepare cocktails that were in the menu. Price is right. Room average (old blankets, no shower door, small TV, very firm bad). Environment very nice: being in a castle is really a different kind of experience. Location almost strategic: halfway fro Comi and Lecco. 45 mins drive to Malpensa...

A beautiful rustic hotel, a grand hall dining room with excellant food. I stayed for 3 nights on business in January and had a twin room in the Villa. The villa is linked to the main hotel and reached by a corridor. The room was very modern with all the mod cons, I had a corner room looking over the...

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and be aware that there is a church at the front of the hotel whose bells go off every 30 minutes day and night! If you stay in the main building the rooms are very old but well equipped, however they also have a newer built part at the back with better...

The hotel looks nice but don't get fooled by the appearance. Hotel staff hasn't been nice at all, had a problem with the room which had a king bed rather than two twin and staff didn't try to help solving the problem. Restaurant has fixed menu and when asked few modifications the staff was rude and tried to avoid it....
