There were 7 of us that stayed here as part of a local Bagpipe festival that was happening in the town. Rooms are basic but a comfy enough bed and decent bathroom made the stay comfortable. Rooms are kept very clean. The staff really couldn't do enough for us and want to compliment them on their service. Food was excellent...

Three nights here in this Hilltop town of Erice. They went out of there way to accommodate us. Drove to the parking lot and helped with the bags. Made us scrambled eggs for breakfast. Nice warm staff. Do stay here instead of busy Trapani..

A little investment an some improvements could make this a winner. Unfortunately, until that happens, go elsewhere. WiFi only in a barely used common area, not in the rooms or breakfast area/dining room. Breakfast included instant cappuccino that was awful. Beds barely tolerable. Yes, it's inexpensive, but charming it's not. Such a shame. Value is good, but you get what...

We found the staff to be very kind and most helpful and the location is excellent for exploring Erice. The rooms run small, a bit dark, water pressure and hot water were a bit low each morning on our visit (not a deal breaker), fine in the afternoon. WiFi really only worked off the lobby where there is also a...

This is really a nice little hotel. Run by a family. The season is fairly short from what I understand. And the hotel was closing for the winter shortly after we were to leave. Rooms were adequate and size but a little bit dark is been previously noted . The hairdryer work if you held it just right. Not really...

The moderno is a small hotel facing a pedestrian cobblestone street. Simple and clean, the owner and staff are helpful. It's a little tough to believe the directional signs because they direct drivers down crazy narrow streets, but they are correct. bathrooms and breakfast are fine. There is a roof deck but it's small and not easy to access. For...

This hotel is on cobbled streets within the walls of Erice. It's very well located for restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom were decent sized, but the room overall very dark. The front desk was extremely helpful and there is a nice restaurant that was great on a drizzly night. Erice gets a lot of day trippers and it...

This is the feel that you get when you begin your climb up to the very small town of Erice. A fun spot to spend a day or two, and just walk the town as there is not very much to really see except the great old buildings and the views of the landscape far below the town. The hotel...

Our bus began a steep ascent revealing an amazing view of the plains of Trapani, the sea, and the fortress atop Erice. The switchbacks gave everyone a turn at every view. In Erice, we walked through the ancient gate to the hotel and were warmly greeted. The altitude offered cooler weather and views to die for, but not from the...
