Avoid it at all costs. I am booked here for three nights, which I deeply regret. I have spent one night here, freezing cold. They have the heating off during the night, when the guests are here. The wifi belongs to the Dark Ages. The keycard expires and the guests are not notified. The staff are indifferent and never apologize....

Stayed here for a night before heading to Padova. Surprisingly comfortable and very clean. Wifi worked pretty well and fast. Its near to Este Castle and Piazza de Castello. Heaps of place to dine and shop. However a bit of walk from Ferrara train station but you can take a bus that will stop just in front of the hotel...

Great hotel in a brilliant location. The first floor rooms appear to have recently renovated to a very high standard and my understanding is they plan to do so on next floor. The hotel is right in the center so great for tourist aswell.

Just an ideal hotel for a base from which to enjoy Ferrara. It's about a 2 minute walk away from the Castle and the historic areas of the city. The hotel's staff are friendly, speak some English and always greet you. It's a solid, quality hotel. Our room was one of the cheaper ones but it was still spacious -...

A very warm atmosphere, friendly and very helpful staff and clean rooms. The receptionist recommended just the perfect restaurant for our company and one of the best places for ice cream :) Singe room spacious enough. Rich breakfast with a variety of choices to satisfy everyone. Close to the city center and many of the impressive sights of Ferrara.

It is a small and lovely hotel to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cute. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is in the city center, very close to the Castle of Estense, so you can walk everywhere easily. The price was also quite decent.
