The property is nice, located on a quiet park with beautiful City and ocean views on one side and park views on the other. Staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is nice, and the adjoining terrace offers great views. However, the sound proofing between rooms is non existent and I could hear every single voice, TV, yawn and snore in the next room.

Very well managed facility. Welcoming and professional staff. Clean and well sanitized environments. Interesting location in the middle of the olive trees with sea view. The spa is complete, accessible directly from the bedrooms. Kind and caring SPA staff. Restaurant with typical cuisine revisited by gurmet. A little dated but comfortable and functional furnishings. Excellent international breakfast, I would have liked the bacon with the delicious eggs, instead of a tasty prosciutto. Nice experience, I will certainly return for a period of relaxation and personal care.

It was an enjoyable stay in the Hotel and SPA. The place is clean, has a lovely Italian style and feel, staff are helpful and accommodating. The SPA has a charming view over the sea and green landscape. In our spacious room was a large bed and comfortable matras. I would certainly recommend this place to anybody.

The hotel is relatively basic and functional rather than luxurious, but nevertheless quite pleasant. There is a regular shuttle service down to the private beach but actually it's not a long walk on foot down to the sea. Our room was spacious enough, there were tea and coffee-making facilities (unusual for Italy), and we had a balcony with a view of the sea over the rooftops. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a fair amount of choice.

My wife and I chose the Hotel Villa Maria and Spa as the principal hotel for our family and friends coming over to Francavilla to celebrate our wedding.. We took around 30 of the rooms, and the feedback from all of our guests was truly outstanding! We first met with Lisa, who helped coordinate all of our guest rooms in August of last year, and she was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. If you are thinking of having an event here, the team are amazing, whether a wedding or something else you will be very happy! Moving on to the weekend itself, we held a welcome aperitivo for about 70 of our guests on the terrace. The Maitre, Angelo was just so incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgable and we would like to say a big thank you to him and all of his team. They were absolutely superb.. The hotel itself is in very good condition, with most of the rooms having been recently renovated. The pool area, terrace, gardens, spa everything was superb, and we coudn't have been happier with the level of service our guests received! Oh and the food was fantastic too! We would highly recommend this hotel, as much for an event as for a quite holiday as a couple, or with a family! Absolutely stunning :)…
