My boyfriend and I had booked this B&B for two nights. Upon arrival however, we decided to prolong our stay with one night right away. The B&B is set in an old villa, offering rooms with high ceilings and good beds. The location is perfect as it is only a ten minutes walk to the old city center. The hosts were...

We stayed one night at the Antica Villa La Viola in late October. My initial impression of our room was disappointment, and I realize now that it was because of the musty smell, due to the advanced age of the villa, no doubt. Once I adjusted to that, it turned to be a good enough place to be overnight. We...

Hidden from the road, thanks to whoever posted the garden photo, this b+b is no.19 ... we couldn't find it in the dark otherwise! Private house with b+b rooms on ground floor each with own external door, and internal door for taking you to shared kitchen and eating area. Maybe it's an old building thing, but smelt quite strongly of...

Difficult to find this place as it has been swallowed up by horrible 60s developments, but it is a lovely old place with large cool rooms, garden and breakfast room and kitchen, with tea and coffee, fridge etc. All was very welcome. Just a 10 minute walk into town. Scruffy area but felt quite safe. Breakfast had to be taken...

This grand old house belonging to Sophia and Gian Paulo is a real find. It offers excellent value for money, only 7 minutes walk from the historic centre. The rooms are very spacious and ours had a kitchenette as well as a shower room. The couple are extremely warm and friendly and cannot do enough to help. Amazingly, included in...

Really looked for ward to a quitter part of Italy, your host could not have been more accommodating . when we were checking in to a larger suite we couldn't believe it larger than many condos with an outdoor patin. As others have mentioned you can walk everywhere and both Sophia and Jean Paul will do anything for you including...

The B&B is in the lower part of Gian Paulo's house which used to be his grandfather's house. Located five minutes walk from the beautiful downtown area, it is a very nice place with refurbished rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable. Breakfast is across the street at Dany's coffee and pastry shop where you can have juice, coffee and a pasticcioto,...

Very good value for money. The owners welcomed us personally and recommended places to visit and eat. The tasteful room, bathroom and kitchen is spacious. Coffee and biscuits were provided and we were even dropped of at the station to catch our train. It is close to the historic centre as well as good places to eat. The personal attention...

This hotel is an excellent choice for visiting the Baroque old city of Lecce, it is just a 7 minute walk to the city gate with easy parking in the streets nearby. Sophia and Paolo are very friendly and helpful providing city maps, restaurant recommendations and as much advice as you want; we were even shown around the house. The...
