We had a fantastic stay at Sporting Family Hospitality. Most of all we absolutely loved the staff, every one of them was extremely helpful and friendly. The reception staff went out their way to help us and it felt like it was a burden to them. The cleaning staff are fabulous, not a spot of dust anywhere and our room was cleaned to a high standard. Exceptional breakfast. Wonderful dinners. The hotel itself is beatiful, modern and in a wonderful location. The attention to detail in every part of the hotel really stands out. We felt quite at home and didn’t want to leave.

Very nice family hotel with excelent services and briliant staff. :) Owner is really taking care of everything. All small details are solved. there is also very nice michelin restaurant Al Persef which is also excelent taste experience. :)

We are second time in this beautiful family hotel and will come next year again. We are more than satisfied with the hospitality from whole team, cleanliness is more than perfect and very fine food. You can leave your children in the kids club and enjoy some drink made by great bartender Elena.

The hotel is very nice. Everything is clean and hospitality is the best. You have free e-city bikes to explore the center of Livigno. The relaxing area is beautiiful - you can have snacks and water and is very clean. Also the dinner and food is just amazing, very delicious and enough. The staff is very friendly.

Excellent location - nice area and only 100M from main gondola. Good facilities - pools, nice spa and heated ski locker room that opens up super close to ski gondola. Staff was outstanding! Every person was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely cared, including the owner Guido, who was constantly present and involved to make sure guests are looked after. The staff is well trained, but beyond this people genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and interacting with guests - it made for a wonderful experience. The main dinning room is lovely, the breakfasts are absolutely wonderful (tremendous range and high quality), well run dining program overall - great manager and staff. Our children have food allergies, the staff and management were fantastic accommodating. Also have a separate high end tasting restaurant (Al Persef), it was remarkable. We are well versed in fine dining, it is absolutely worthy of a Michelin star. Strong modern technique applied to many local ingredients and dishes - result was a stunning tasting menu that kept us on our toes, and was fundamentally different from anything we’ve had elsewhere. Only things that could be improved upon: There is no actual wood burning fireplace (indoors or outdoors) which would be nice, and while there is a nice loung/bar it does not have any view - it would be great to have a spot to relax with a view of the mountains. A true example of GREAT HOSPITALITY! We felt like at home, amazing food (especially for dinner), very neat rooms and lovely spa. One of the best hotels we have ever been. This is a brilliant hotel for those traveling in family or extended family/friend groups. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The management were so accommodation for any requested extras. One of our children has additional needs (ASC) and the hotel were incredibly understanding, with extra support and resource. The fact there is a children's pool (and fun splash pad), plus a staffed baby room & additional child/teen rooms, makes this hotel one of the very best we have stayed at. It is big enough to have all the right facilities, but small enough that the food doesn't stray into buffet-land and instead is good enough to come from one of the best Italian homes. The meal options each evening were brilliant - with a separate pasta and main course option for children that always came out quickly. We would highly recommend this hotel to travellers looking to combine excellent easy access to good ski (this is right near the 3000 gondola - 2 min walk) and right next to the bus stop for getting to the ski school (where you can rent a locker for your kids stuff for the week), or getting the yellow bus to the other side of the mountain for more gondolas and ski. …
