We booked this hotel as the last of nine stops on our European tour so we wanted relaxation. The hotel organised a taxi to get us from the train station and to the airport and this was the cheapest and easiest way for us to travel. The actual hotel is lovely. The staff are friendly, especially on reception. This hotel...

I have nothing but great things to stay about Hotel Panorama. The stuff is so friendly and helpful with anything you would like or need. We were fortunate to have stayed in the newly upgraded rooms, which were fantastic. As a guest, you have access to their private beach area as well. Hotel panorama was perfect. There's nothing bad to...

The stuff is so friendly. They speak English well and try to help you in anything you need to. The rooms are pretty amazing too. I loved everything that I ate there. The chef is a genius. Delicious food. Hotel panorama was perfect. There's nothing bad to say about it. I highly recommend.

We had a 10 night stay here at the hotel & had a great time! It is worth contacting the hotel beforehand, for their web online check in link & booking the car park for 15 euros per day (car parking in general along the Amalfi Coast is very tricky). Doing the online check in at home saved time on...

Pre arrival, staff answer all our questions quickly and with much reassurance. On arrival we were greeted by helpful, friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble. Our room was a suite on the 4th floor, and it was excellent. We had a wonderful view of the bay and really couldn't have been happier. All staff were excellent, from reception to...

After doing my homework on Amalfi Coast on where to stay Amalfi and Positano were far too expensive for my budget so I decided to search for hotels in Maiori and found Hotel Panorama with much more reasonable prices so I booked here for 11 nights from 21st July until 1st August. I had a Superior room facing the sea...

We stayed at Hotel Panorama, not as part of a package holiday, but booked through Booking.com. Best choice ever!! When booking our holiday, we had thought about transfers by buses and trains but decided against this. (you have to get the bus to centre of Naples to get a train to Salerno then a bus to Maiori, probably a 2+hr...

Fantastic location in a lovely Italian town. We were very kindly upgraded to a newly refurbished room on the 4th floor with a sea view, spotless and cleaned every day. The Rooftop bar was is a great addition to the hotel for breakfast in the morning & cocktails in the evening. All the staff were very helpful & the service...

The hotel has an excellent location and the rooms are a good size. The pool is tiny, the water looked cloudy and there were hardly any sun beds- so we didn't use it. The beach is just across the road- yes you have to pay extra, but it is worth it! We booked a sea view room and were given...

Great hotel in a central location in the heart of Maiori. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had sea view rooms on the third floor and these were perfect. There was a bit of noise at night from the main road, but nothing to stop us sleeping. It did look as though the rooms on the fourth floor...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Right opposite the beach, which in the early 1950's was an antique storeroom designed for the stock and trade of "Sfusato" Lemons (typical local variety, IGT certified). Today the Hotel Panorama is a modern and efficient four star hotel establishment made up of 80 rooms, the majority of which boast an enchanting view of one of the most beautiful glimpses of the Amalfi Coast and its sea.Facing directly onto the promenade and a few steps away from the touristic harbour, it is situated in the town centre, the Panorama is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing stay by the sea and thanks to its central position also a great starting point for all excursions and trips on the most beautiful coast in Italy.Amalfi, Capri, Ravello and Positano are just a few of the places easily reached from the Hotel Panorama which also provides, on request, guided excursions to Pompei, Ercolano, Sorrento and to all the main touristic, naturalistic and archeological attractions of the Campania region. ... more   less
