Rooms are absolutely spotless and very modern. Based in a perfect location for mountain biking ( 2 mins walk/ pedal to Monte Baldo gondola station). Downstairs there is an excellent café / bar, and a bike /sports shop on site too. Spar shop is only 2 mins along the road for self catering requirements. And straight across the road is...

Really loved our stay at the Gardesana Active Apartments, very well appointed perfectly situated in the town, the bar/cafe downstairs run by Pietro did a very good Italian take on an English cooked breakfast which we ate most mornings. Will return one day

The apartments are absolutely clean, tastefully and practically equipped, very conveniently located, and our host, Pietro, was very friendly and helpful. We also welcomed the possibility of borrowing bikes. Everything is very close to the Apartments: lake, historical centre, supermarket, cable car station... Also, Malcesine is a great location in itself! If you're planning to go to Lago di Garda,...

The room was in perfect condition and the owner really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The location is good and there is a lot of things to do in the area. Highly recommend this place! Malcesine and Lake Guarda is a beautiful place to stop in

We stayed here for our wedding in June 2016. There were 12 of us in total so we had the entire Earth Block on the first floor, when we arrived there was some confusion with the booking over the amount of guests we had booked for, but Peter and Carolina sorted this for us without hesitation. I met Carolina later...

From the very first moment we arrived here we knew we chose the right place to stay. We were met at the car by Peter, he helped us with our luggage and was just a really friendly guy. He also then showed us where the free car park was, this was a 5 min walk away so not too bad...

We had the most wonderful stay here. Our apartment and the apartments of our family members who also stayed here were spotlessly clean and well presented with everything you could need for a stay in Malcesine. The owners were so friendly and helpful, giving us advice on the best places to eat and where to find things in the town....

Minutes walk from castle, shops, lakeside, cable car etc. our apartment had a huge terrace with lovely views overlooking Mount Baldo. Extremely friendly owners who gave great advice for places to visit, how to get there & places...

“We stayed in the Bike apartment which has the largest balcony and is at the back of the hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains.”

“because it is located on the high street where cars pass, if you prefer very quiet then ask for a bedroom which is located at the back which is the mountain view. I had the bedroom facing the road as i am not to bothered as i was there to explore Lake Garda. To be honest it is quiet at night, with the cars it is in the day if you plan to be in your bedroom you will hear it. I wasn't and when i was i loved sitting on the balcony watching the cars and people walk by. It is personal preference but you have the best of both to choose from when booking, so email the owner and i am sure she be happy to allocate a balcony or mountain view for you.”
