Fantastic neighbourhood, safe and convenient location - Minutes away from the train station n bus stop. Loved the pleasant, spacious & clean room. Eco-friendly! Very thoughtful way of planning their schedule to accommodate guests to their cozy dinning area. The most friendliest and helpful staff at the reception and restaurant. Genuinely nice people! Super hotel for a wonderful stay especially... More

I rate hotels based on price, location, rooms, service and amenities. This hotel rated high on service, price and location. Lower on room and amenities. Venice is expensive so this hotel was a bargain. The room #11 was barely wide enough for two beds but they were comfortable. The shower was tiny. The WiFi was spotty at best. The breakfast... More

Quiet neighborhood, clean rooms, wonderfully helpful and accommodating staff. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The staff made a recommendation for a local pizzeria that served the best food of our trip to Italy. While not super convenient, it was fine: about a 7 minute walk to buses to Piazza Roma in Venice, which take 15-20 minutes. About a 15... More

Pros: Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, good location Cons: Can’t think of any, except that if you open the window, you risk letting mosquitoes in (not the hotel's fault that Venice has big mosquitoes) I stayed in five three-star hotels during my Italy vacation and this is the best one. Even though the price is slightly higher than... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great price compared to a lot of other hostels and hotels around Venice but the staff are also very kind and offer really good service. Super easy to get to the island with the bus and easy to walk to a busier area on the other side of the trainstation. All the... More

Near to suburb, easy to get in, but be ready for getting something really different from what you booked and hidden, never explained extra costs too. We choosed them just because of free, closed parking place, checked our reservation with them in advance, giving the license plate number, but just a few seconds after arriving we were standing at the... The hosts were very helpful with all the information that you need, including bus/vaporeto tickets. Clean location with nice breakfast. In 3 minutes you will get to the bus station for the Venice island.

Very nice, quiet place not so far from down town of Venice (10 min by bus). Free parking! Very helpful lady at the reception desk, clean room. Simple, but good breakfast. The only problem that the shower was broken and the wi-fi didn't work properly.
