Very good location as it is very close to Mestre train station. Lorenza made us feel very at ease and was very warm. Breakfast was ideal with a lot of choices and was delicious. Room accommodations were wonderful. If I do get the chance to go back to Florence, I will stay at Gardenia again.

Visited here during a road trip so needed car parking, this hotel was perfect, easy to find with sat nav. Very warm welcome and shown to a lovely themed room. Very large and nice room. Staff super friendly and had a great breakfast. Location is about 5-10min walk to station then train should take less than 10mins to Venice but... More

Nice place close to train station... Easy walk... Safe. Helpful. Picked up bus across street to cruise port. Great breakfast. Nice little restaurant just up the street.... Or save a little money bring back some "take away" food from train station.

We stayed for two nights ahead of a cruise. The location was perfect with Mestre railway station a very short walk and the bus stop right outside the front door. A €1.50 ride to Venice. Lorenza was charming and her hospitality great.

Located only a few minutes walk from Venezia mestre station....the bus and tram go from almost out the front. Easy to travel to and from Venice..and so much more affordable. We found a supermarket not too far away. Lorenza , our hostess, couldn't have done more to assist us. Highly recommend it!!

A classic family home converted into a B&B. Wonderful breakfast, comfortable rooms, and free wifi. Parking is provided in adjoining lot which was very helpful for the large van our group was using. Lorenza the owner was so very helpful. The pride she has in the region is obvious and she provided detailed information and directions to great sites and... More

A very friendly and nice place to stay for visiting Venice with a car. Car parking was included in price. Rooms and service were excellent Bus stop was in front of Villa Gardenia and takes only 10mins to take you in the begin of Grand Canal and it is a 24h bus line.

This place is just perfect. The room was very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast is generous. It's nicely situated, very close to the train station. If you plan to spend some time in Venice, it's the best way to pay less with a direct access to the city. We stayed only one night. Very easy to access by car.... More

Me and my wife, stayed here for two nights 27 & 28-06-16. The Villa casa Gardenia is an old house. The furnitures are old, the bathroom too. The breakfast was standard for an Italian hotel. The large parking area you can see online was apparently rented out to tour-bus drivers, as it was packed full every day with huge busses.... More

Casa Villa Gardenia - the staff was accommodating and they made us feel welcome and as if we were family. And the Casa itself was simply beautiful. It was impeccably clean and quiet. And the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We loved everything about our stay!
