we stayed 2 separate nights in different rooms, 1 extremely spacious, the other a little smaller but still good for european hotel rooms at that price! they were clean, comfortable and the breakfast was better than we had expected - croissants, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, ham, cheese slices the staff were helpful though we still had some difficulty getting bus...

We knew when booking this hotel that it would be somewhere to lay our heads, as with all city breaks. However, upon arriving, we were very disappointed with the state of the room. Marks all over the walls and worn furniture we can cope with. However, mouldy shower curtains and bathrooms is not acceptable. We reported this to the receptionist...

Staff very friendly and gave good advice on travel into Venice. Room was just big enough to take disability scooter in. Plenty of sockets for charging item. Cleaned daily with lots of towels large bed and fridge in room. Water was hot if you let it run. breakfast was just fine. We always take our travel kettle with us. We...

We arrived in Venice this afternoon. Got to the hotel. Greated by a lovely lady. Who told us she had to book another hotel for us as the bathroom was broken. We were annoyed but thought ok. She said it was the same distance away as her hotel and the same price. And that she would pay the taxi for...

Staff are most helpful. Location is good for transport everywhere. Breakfast is substantial. Rooms are clean and comfortable but......I guess someone's rooms need to be on the roadside. Not too bad I guess but it is a disadvantage. Can't have it all!

We were here for 4days and booked as it seemed to be a good location for commuting and we were right. The tram and bus are very near at hand and they get you to the station or Veice no more than about 10-15 minutes. Travel around is good value specially if you buy a 48 or 72 hour pass....

We stayed here for two nights using it as a base to tour Venice. The hotel is very conveniently located in Venice Mestre, on a main road close to a bus and tram interchange. It is very easy to get to via bus from the airport. It is also conveniently located to see Venice- one just needs to jump on...

The hotel has a good location. The staff were all friendly and approachable. The room and bathroom was clean and big enough. But there's a downside of this hotel. I lost my electrical hair brush straightener which was just in my luggage and newly bought only for my Europe trip. :( Be watchful on your things.

Stayed here as part of a Groupon deal. Hotel location is very good and close to bus stop which takes you into Venice, we got a 72 hour pass. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. We had a very good stay and to avoid silly Venice prices would stay here again.

The staff speaks English well. The internet works. The breakfast is ok for Italy (a little more than coffee and croissant). The location is good, bus stops are very close, short ride to Venice. However, the mattress on the queen -size bed in our room had a V-shape. The middle was much thinner than the sides, so you always literally...
