This hotel has a stellar location! Mestre is much less expensive than DT Venice. It is near both the train & bus stations into Venice. The location is much quieter, which I liked. Upon booking, we emailed the hotel with a few questions, they responded both quickly & appropriately. The room was extremely clean & quite comfortable. The air conditioning...

Firstly, let me say that the review is for the hotel itself. However, I do think that the local surroundings of a hotel should also be taken into account. We stayed in Villa Costanza for 6 nights in June 2012 largely because the price of the hotel was about a third for accommodation of a similar star rating in Venice....

Lovely hotel and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. We arrived before official check-in time and our room wasn't yet ready. This was no problem for us but the staff were so apologetic and went out of their way to entertain us while our room was prepared. Room was delightful. Location is excellent if you're happy to stay...

This hotel is very clean, the room has a good size, modern and well furnished with safe, free drinks in fridge, efficient AC. It is a bit difficult to go to Venice with train, vending machines don't sell ticket to Santa Lucia station and the queue at the ticket office is huge, prefer the bus.

A nice clean place to stay just outside of Venice. We stopped here for one night before traveling onwards. The hotel was clean, had free wifi and breakfast. The coffee was not so great but everything else was. We arrived late and very much appreciated the friendly staff recommending a pleasant local restaurant.

We stayed at Villa Costanza during a 10 day trip around Italy, and used it as a base from which to visit Venice, and to get to Marco Polo Airport for our flight home. Both were easily accessible by public transport, as the train station which we used to get onto Venice island is about a 5-10 minute walk away,...

The hotel is about 500 meters from the station and is close to cafe/ restaurants and has easy access to supermarket and bus to Venice which takes about 20 minutes. The hotel is very modern and has excellent low cost breakfast 7.5euro. The staff were most helpful. The room is compact but very modern and clean. Be careful. We were...

We travelled to Venice to celebrate a BIG birthday!! We were not disappointed with Venice nor this hotel. It had everything we wanted and in such a quiet location but easy access for buses and trains. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and rooms great. The air-con was needed as it was very hot when we...
