After an 8 hour drive, we arrived at this hotel. About 1 hour later we had checked into another hotel about 20 minutes away. First, we walked in an there was a cat. No problem until we saw it walk over the breakfast tables after running through the nasty water outside. Strike one. Next, they showed us to the room.... More

This is in a convenient location if you're staying in Mestre, it is less than a 10 minute walk to the main train station that takes you into Venice. There's nothing exceptional about this hotel, but it is decent for what it is. Staff were helpful when we asked questions, decor is a bit tacky but cute, wifi worked fine,... More

I know my staff and honestly I don't believe that your room was so dirty, but we will pay more attention. The cooling in the room you can control by yourself, maybe you don't know this possibility. Thousand of other feedback say about the staff that we are very friendly and always here in case of need. Maybe if you... More

Let's say we had a nice experience there. Firstly: the hotel is at a 2 minutes walk to the buss station and the ride with the buss to Venice is between 7 to 10 minutes. Secondly: the staff is very nice.😍 There are some things I didn't liked...Like the breakfast was a bit poor. And the carpets that are on... More

First of all we are sorry if you don't like the stay with us. But let me reply. 1. The Hotel is located in Marghera. This is residential city, very quiet, but with all the comfort. Restaurants near by the Hotel, just two minutes walking, one also open 24 hours. Supermarket at 500m, ticket service just around the coner, pizza... More

We choose this hotel to spend 4 days in Venice. It's not far from the station but noisy, dirty (we had ants in our room), unfriendly, you have roadworks outside your bedroom at 8.00am from thursday to sunday. We won't come back.

We were upgraded to a nicer room free of charge due to flooding. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It was a wet bath so be prepared for that. There is a nice cafe downstairs that is great for breakfast and the staff was extremely helpful. The island of Venice is also just a quick 10 minute... More

I got the feeling place was nice, but it had its problems. First the area wasn't so good there was no stores near by to get easy food when tired. outside the hotel was a lonely kebab place, which was ok I think, but not my taste. The hotel itself was cute. People were nice. The main problem was the... More
