The hotel is situated in the city center and the parking is like 500m to the hotel. So if ypu have a big luggage it is kind of hard to walk to the hotel from the parking. Also there is no elevator to the hotel and it is situated on the first floor of a building. The rooms are spacious...

Have you ever spend the night in a real palazzo, in a building that goes back century's? Have you ever had the pleasure to fall asleep under a painted ceiling? Before your stay starts you will get all the proper information to allow a good arrival. Pack light as you cannot park the car close to the palazzo. The palazzo...

We loved the Palazzo Carletti. This small (5 rooms plus a general space) hotel is a throw back to the villas of old. We had a suite that was huge with a two story ceiling with frescoes painted over the bed. The building and room are old, but the bed and amenities are all brand new from the large safe...

Location is just perfect. The building and rooms hold historical value. They are though well maintained and modernized The Facilities exceeded our expectations: very nice showers, a much needed ice making machine in the summer The breakfast served was nice and elegant All in all a perfect stay! The free parking - an appreciated perk - is around 10 minutes...

What a lovely hotel in the center of Montepulciano. The hotel is located in the center of the medieval town and free car parking is provided in car park number 8 outside of the town walls. Despite difficulties finding the car park and driving around the medieval town centre twice, we eventually were warmly greeted by Melania (she seemed to...

We stayed for 4 nights, using Montepulciano as our base for the region. This was by far the best place we stayed on our whole trip. The staff is terrific- very helpful & responsive. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Loved waking up each morning to see the frescos on the ceiling. Would absolutely stay again if I...

Great rooms, very spacious. Nice, updated bathrooms. The safe in the closet fit my laptop easily. The center room/lobby where breakfast is served is lovely. Breakfast was *wonderful.* There was more food than I could ever hope to eat. Complimentary liquor on the liquor cart kept in the center room/lobby. Stephanie was wonderful and very helpful and friendly. We will...

Palazzo Carletti is a boutique hotel located on the second floor of an old building in the center of town. Warning: the uphill walk to the hotel from the parking area is strenuous, especially with bags! Once at the mountaintop hotel (the whole city is on a mountain top), the painted ceilings and quiet of the room and reception area...

We had a little bit of difficulty finding Palazzo Carletti at first but frankly, after we arrived, we simply did not want to leave. The hotel/inn is located on the first floor of a historical building in Montepulciano. Reserved free parking for hotel guests is a few hundred metres away. Check-in was warm and hospitable. We were made to feel...
