We stayed at Hotel Hell the for two weeks at the beginning of February. There was a group of nine, the majority of whom went to ski. The rooms were quaint, comfortable and clean. The food was amazing with a lot of options. The deserts were fabulous!!! This family run hotel was friendly and accommodating. Skiing was easy to access....

I am writing my first ever review of a holiday having travelled extensively within Europe for skiing and stayed at top of the rock resorts, Ortisei ticks all of the boxes for a stress free break with easy transport links laid on for all types of skiing within 8km. The big bonus was finding Hotel Hell by mistake really and...

3 generations of my family have just spent the half term week in Ortisei, including two children aged 7 and 6, their parents and 3 grandparents. This hotel was wonderful in every way - The rooms were comfortable, clean and the bathrooms of an extremely high standard, the food was excellent and the staff were superb. There was an excellent...

Nice hotel, room comfortable and large, meals very good with lots of choice whilst offering local specialities. Small bar - but we were there when it was quiet and so it often shut early. Whole village is quite quiet with few lively bars. Hotel offers good ski equipment storage (heated lockers) and really great minibus service to all lifts!

I have just returned from 2 weeks at Hotel Hell. There was a group of 9 going for a ski holiday. Right from the very beginning to the very end the staff accommodated our group in every way. Its a very nice hotel with lots of wood décor, two large dining rooms. The extra dining room space allowed for large...

Amazing family run establishment that oozes coziness and warmth, in the heart of the Dolomites. Very well connected to the center of the village as well as all the amazing hikes, and slopes the valley has to offer! Whether it be a fall hiking trip, or a winter ski trip my family and I just keep going back for more!

Very nice yet unpretentious accommodations; modern and clean environment, especially the rooms, with brand new bathrooms. Service and food are perfect with a great selection of wines and grappas. Pricing reflects all these qualities, and location is very close to the center of the village without the associated noise/fuss. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This was our second stay at Hotel Hell, which must be a recommendation in itself. On our previous visit we had been given a comfortable room with balcony overlooking the nursery slopes. The views extended further up the valley to Ciampinoi and the Sella. Once our booking had been made through Crystal Ski we emailed the hotel to request the...

My family of 6 stayed here the last week of January 2016. The manager and staff are very friendly and proactively seek to insure that their guests are well taken care of. The hotel is well situated close to the town centre and provides a minibus to bring guests to the skiing areas. We all enjoyed using the spa in...

We stayed in this hotel for a week's skiing in the middle of March 2015 - our second visit. Hotel Hell has very friendly family owner/manager. They did everything they could to make us welcome and to enjoy our holiday. The food was excellent, with a good choice of main course and dessert every evening. There was a good variety...

“We happened to have a room facing the pool which unfortunately also had a snow blower blowing snow all night long (this will only happen when snow if low like this year). So, you could not open the window at night. Other family members did not have this issue. All the rooms face outside at the mountain side.”
