I really enjoyed my stay at Madonna hotel. It is quiet, friendly, clean family run hotel. It is relatively close to the lifts. The food is amazing, so is the service. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars not 5 stars, because it is not ski in ski out hotel. WiFi works only in the lobby.

We recently stayed in this small, family owned hotel with a ski group from the U.S. We all found it a delightful little hotel, conveniently located and with a very nice staff. Especially, Sandy, with the dining staff who was always smiling and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was certainly nice, but the evening...

This hotel has an very nice atmosphere with a friendly staff. Across the street of the hotel there is an Spar, a local supermarket, and very nearby are small shops. You can find ski-rentals on every corner of the street and there are two ski-lifts (in different places of the village). The people are very nice and gentle, so you...

Stayed at the Dolomiti Madonna January 2014 good location for the slopes -although would recommend renting ski locker as near to the lifts as possible-who doesn't hate carrying skis at the end of the day!! Accommodation was clean and reasonable size room with huge terrace- room was warm with hot showers Food was typical for this type of hotel -...

This hotel has one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The staff are friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. We went on a ski holiday and the only downside was a bit of a trek to the lifts or bus stop (ski boots are not made for walking in!) The food was pretty much what we...

At the time of booking this hotel was almost the only option to stay in Ortisei during New Year holidays, but we were not disappointed. The hotel Dolomiti Madonna is family run hotel. It is well situated, nice, clean and completely justifies its 3 stars. The staff was extremely helpful, smiley and nice. The only drawback of this place is...

Very pleasant stay at this family run hotel. Staff were efficient and couldnt do enough for us. Excellent food, great service in the restaurant especially Francesco! A bit of a trek to the ski lifts and not great if you want to spend time in Selva - better to be based there. All in all though a very good hotel...

We stayed at the Dolomiti Madonna for a week with a British tour operator. There wasn’t a big choice of hotels in Ortisei. The Adler was expensive, as you would imagine and the Dolomiti Madonna was very reasonable. The hotel is situated at the top end of town and consequently it is quite a long walk for skiers to reach...
