Nice location. Walkable from the train station. Clean and comfortable. Had to take luggage down approximately 5 steps to reach our room. Hidden entry - hard to find reception. ( we ended up walking down the drive to the parking garage to get inside)

Our two American couples spent 3 nights at Luna Mondschein in October and found the hotel to be charming and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful in advising us of great local hikes. They have a nice pool and sauna, as well as private underground parking. Breakfast was very good as was the one dinner. Very nice room but mattress worn out and not good support - need to be replaced. Excellent breakfast and dinner (on half board - very good value for money). Excellent service at reception, even offered us a shuttle bus to the City Centre to catch the bus to Bolzano.

There was good attention to detail in this family run hotel. I have been there twice now and have taken breakfast and dinner both times. I would highly recommend staying there if you like hiking. The lifts are within walking distance of the hotel. You can easily spend 4 days there hiking in the summer time.

Our group of 46 Canadians spent a week at this hotel in February. Their excellent command of English made communication effortless. The hotel has a cozy bar/lounge with complementary après ski soups and desserts. The pool and spa... More

This is a quality family-run hotel with very warm and friendly staff. The service is outstanding across the board including reception, waiters, bar staff, and driver of the mini-bus which takes you to the gondolas. The spa is wonderful and the food is high-quality with a varied menu every night. Highly recommended!
