My daughter and I spent a week here in March on a skiing holiday and we couldn't fault the place. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. I did wonder before we arrived if the shuttle service to the ski lifts would involve a lot of hanging around but that wasn't the case...

This was our first time in the Dolomiti Superski and we were first looking for a place to stay on the slopes, hence ski-in and ski-out. However, we came across this hotel and as the reviews were so good we gave it a try and stayed here the first week of March 2017. Here's our experience: Location: not on the...

We spend a week skiing in St. Ulrich and were highly satisfied by this hotel. The staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile to make you happy. We booked an Arnika Junior Suite with valley views and a balcony, which we liked a lot. Nice design, well-maintained furnishings, and very quiet. Albion also does its best to feed...

I travelled with my family for the winter ski vacation. We loved the hotel and its facilities! Very clean, big room, great dressing room too (very spacious). We have felt that the owners designed the rooms this guest's comfort in mind. Also, first hotel that offers during the stay bathrobes for children. The food is fantastic, compliments to the dedicated...

We stayed here over Christmas on our first ever time not spending Christmas at home, and we loved it. We were made to feel very welcome and wish we could have stayed more than just 3 nights. The public area/restaurant is just gorgeous. The food was great even for a fussy vegetarian- though I did have same main 2 nights...

The hotel is great value for money when compared to other hotels throughout the alps. The spa facilities cannot be faulted - be sure to check out the hot tub overlooking the mountains! The hotel is like the whole South Tyrol a great mixture of Italian and Austrian culture. We stayed in the newly built wing, nice spacious room giving me an inspiration of a great walk-in closet :-). The view from the terrace is spectacular, we were just missing a bit more sun on the balcony in the evening. Service was great...
