If you like antique homes with history this the place for you. The room and bed were comfortable. Outside our room was a nice sitting area also used for breakfast. Breakfast was adequate mostly breads and jams. Our host Aramo was very friendly and welcoming. Great location...walking distance to sights. Finding parking for the car was difficult.

We stayed in this nice b&b last summer! first of all - marvellous atmosphere and very friendly host. Excellent place to join Orvieto's history! Great ancient building with authentic frescoes inside, charming rooms to stay, lovely breakfast, location near the center of the city - all opportunities to have unforgettable vacations! it's pity that we stayed only one night...

Our family of 4 (2 sons aged 11 and 19 years) recently stayed a night at this charming b&b. if like me you prefer to stay in accommodation that is characteristic of the location, rather than a bland albeit luxurious hotel then you will enjoy the experience of staying at Sant'Andrea. We arrived by train and easily found the funicular...

Went here last summer and was very refreshing after our stay in Rome. For a cheaper price we had a great room, great location and the friendliest owner, nothing was too much trouble. It was such a pleasant stay and we felt so relaxed and at home, would recommend to anyone!

We stayed here 1night in September and loved our time in Orvieto. It's a great b&b with 2bedrooms and a shared living/dining area, very clean, good location, lots of character and Aramo is a fantastic host who makes you feel so welcome. For Breakfast we had a nice choice of tea, coffee, juice, toast, pastries and cereal. Highly recommended.

This bed and breakfast is really a hidden gem and we had a brilliant stay. The apartment had two rooms with a shared breakfast area, and was tucked away inside a building in a quiet side street near to the centre of Orvieto. The host was very friendly and eager to make his guests comfortable. There were no problems at...

Nice, easy, accommodating and lovely! Aramo runs the B&B, he is very kind and ready to take care of anything you may need. Simple breakfast of coffee, tea, juice, toast, cereal, muffins, small pastries, honey, butter and jam. Clean space, charming setup. I traveled during the end of April, my price was 75 Euro a night. The only thing to...

We LOVED our stay with Aramo at his B&B -- which really felt like staying with a friend in his apartment. We only wish we had planned for more time in Orvieto. We stayed one night just passing through to another part of Italy, but Aramo treated us like long lost relatives. We wanted to take him with us onto...

B&B is in XVI century palace with authentic frescoes on the walls and various historical artifacts in coridors! Very beautiful place to stay. Good position on the top of Orvieto hill. Normal price. No problem with bicycles, it is possible to put it next to the stairs. Comfortable and clean rooms. The only small problem will appear if you are...
