We traveled as a couple in mid-November through Central Italy. The resort is located a few miles outside of Orvieto, but is well-worth the drive. There is ample parking adjacent to the main building. Giorgio (owner/concierge/bartender) was FANTASTIC! He attended to our every need and went out of his way to recommend nearby sights (Civita di Bagnoregio is a must!),...

What a beautiful place! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Linen sheets! We wished that we had stayed a 3rd night. Helena was a warm and informative host. It is very well located, close to Orvieto, but in the countryside. I highly recommend this inn.

Peaceful, quiet inn outside Orvieto. Can be difficult to find but it's very nice once you get there. Lovely spacious room. Very nice breakfast. While there is a bar, there is no restaurant, so you'll have to drive to dinner. Our host was very welcoming and helped us get dinner reservations.

A beautiful rustic feeling inn with gorgeous views of the Umbria countryside. Helena was a gracious hostess with an exquisite sense of design and decor. Super comfortable bed. Just a unique place. Be aware it is in the Italian countryside and the road in is an adventure. Town of Orvieto is also a treasure.

We loved this inn, and wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely architecture, clean and well-appointed, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast room (and very good breakfast). It's a short drive to Orvieto. The owner was very welcoming and gave us excellent advice on touring the area. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

Fabulous stay. Lovely accommodation. Classy decor. Peaceful. Great base for exploring Umbria. Short drive to Rome. Giorgio was very hospitable and helpful. He gave us some recommendation on things to do (fantastic vista on top of the hill behind the hotel, Civita di Bagnoregio) and places to eat (da Felice in Rome!). Good memories. Highly recommended. Will return. Grazie mille.

We enjoyed our stay at Misia Country Resort & Spa but it was not perfect. First off, it is more of a small hotel or B&B than a resort. We stayed in the Il Borgo apartment which is a short walk from the main hotel. This is a rather larger suite with a roof terrace that overlooks the city of...

Simply put, this is a great countryside property in a dramatic hilltop setting. Nicely designed spaces with character and class. Beautifully maintained and clean. A small and friendly owner-operated B&B (more so than a resort), moderately priced. Extremely quiet location in a lovely tiny collection of nice houses (village?) just 15 minutes from the center of Orvieto. May be a...

We loved Misia. My husband and I had an adjoining room with our 2 children. The rooms were awesome. We loved the views! They were also clean and very large (especially by European standards). Giorgio was a great host- helpful but not in your space. We also loved the grounds and vistas from the path behind the hotel, enjoyed all...
