A family run hotel that takes pride in their hotel and it shows! Very friendly and welcoming, they did everything in their power to make their guests' stay most memorable. Servers did a very good job of accommodating large crowds anxious to get to the beach, all at the same time. Remained calm and smiling. Very good breakfast. Would be thrilled to stay again.

Really modern clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was due to arrive at 22.30, and they stayed open so I could check in. I stayed for my birthday, and a staff member at breakfast wished me happy birthday, so she must have looked at documentation to find this out as my friend didn't tell them. Very small walk to the beach, or into the town itself. If you can, get a room facing away from the beach, as there is a mainline train line between the hotel and beach that runs all night

kind wigwam1234 thank you for having dedicated us a thought. As you said, ours is a small hotel, where customers are not numbers but people at home....So it's normal to treat them as family members. Grazie mille .

We have just done a 5 week road trip around Italy and Pineto was just a name on a map about 4 hours drive for us. We were very pleased with our hotel choice. It is located on the road closest to the beach with on road parking. Hotel is modern and well maintained. We had a room on the 1st floor (i think!) that faced away for the beach and is was great. Clean, modern, working aircon - very pleasant. Short walk to the beach where there is beach bar and sun loungers for hotel guests. Staff great, good location & good facilities. Well worth a visit

This small hotel, situated in a quiet area at the outskirts of tiny Pineto, offers small yet nicely designed and well-thought out rooms, steps from the beach. We liked the room decor and the bathrooms. All is new and functional. The in-room kettle is a nice detail. The sound-proof windows and shutters keep most of the train noise out (but one still hears it, just like elsewhere on the shore). The beach is only a few yards away past the pine tree canopy, and it's much quieter than nearby Roseto. There is a safe railway underpass. The hotel management seems to be always around and is quite switched on. A breath of fresh air after some stuffy old hotels.
