I have been here for five days and have found the location excellent as I don't have a car and need to walk everywhere. The station is only about 15 minutes away and the shops and markets and probably 5 minutes away. The place has large rooms and they are cleaned every day with the house cleaners coming in. Breakfast...

The moment I walked into Locando San Marco I felt warmth emanating from the place, starting with Ilaria who was there to welcome me when I arrived late in the evening. I was hosted in one of the smaller rooms (the room with the yellow walls on the website), which has a small entrance hall that leads one into ether...

We stayed for 5 nights in the Locanda San Marco and were very impressed by the service (delightful staff extremely knowledgeable about Pistoia and Tuscany) the accommodations (gorgeous) and the breakfast bounty we had to chose from every morning. A truly relaxing visit in a beautifully preserved and managed hotel. We recommend it highly!

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Lorenzo, the very friendly and hospitable owner of B & B Locanda San Marco, who upon check in, immediately assisted in transferring our luggage up the stairs (there is no lift) to our room on the first level. At the same time, he pointed out the lovely outdoor patio sitting area and also...

Locanda San Marco is situated in a little palazzo tucked away behind the Piazza del Duomo. It has been sensitively refurbished so that, with all of the modern conveniences, you still enjoy the atmosphere of an old stately town house with wooden ceilings and terrazzo floors. Lorenzo and Ilaria are wonderful hosts who make you welcome and treat you in...

Lorenzo and Ilaria went out of their way to offer personal attention and support, beginning with accompanying me to the parking lot nearby. Lorenzo repeatedly checked to make sure everything was going well, and was ready and willing to offer suggestions and guidance in learning the best ways to explore the undiscovered gem of Pistoia. The room with beautiful ceiling...

Thank you Lorenzo and Ilaria for you warm attention, and nice presence! I am living in Pistoia 3-4 days per week and, after trying some other hotels, I decided to move to Locanda San Marco, where Lorenzo and Ilaria really gave me extraordinary attention. I feel like I were at home.. I would never come back! I particularly appreciate the...

Simply fantastic! Perfect welcome for me and my pussy-cats! Great and sober ambiance; silent corridors and rooms; breakfast with freshly baked and cuddles with the hot fireplace ... I traveled for work, but will definitely be back with my partner: ideal location for a break away from the rest of the world! Lorenzo and Ilaria, always available, are very kind...
