The Villa Cappugi is a well appointed hotel near Pistoria Clean and smart without looking like a chain and with enough character not to look be quirky. Staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast was a little canteen like but still reasonable. A good one night stay, if I needed to stay for longer I would be happy to stay here

Beautiful. Both the hotel and its surroundings are lovely. It is out of the centre but not too far. We had an upgrade on the room which gave us large beds and two small verandas - very pleasant. The breakfasts are excellent and we enjoyed the beautiful food and efficient service in the restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful,...

Accomodation very good ,frendly staff, breakfast good. Food for dinner in hotels restaurant average, we expected more frendly staff. Food averege 12 eur, wine 15 eur, accomodation 118 eur per day. We can reccoment, but if you want a touch of "toscana" you have to fine another place. This hotel is very good but there are missing a "spirit of...

I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Cappugi. It had all the amenities we needed, it had a beautiful view from every angle and the staff was very helpful. I was so excited about the veranda, as it was my peaceful retreat before and after our long days of exploring Tuscany. The restaurant's food was very good and I found...

The hotel was very clean the rooms are small but very nice. There were two people in the room. I bought a special converter to use my blow dryer and I blew the fuse Someone else on our trip did too. They do have wifi in the room which is nice and there is no charge. We did not eat...

After a day of car trouble we needed a good hotel te get a nice meal, a good bed and a nice place to relax. This hotel provides all of those things. For visiting the citycentre you need a car. The restaurant provides great food.

I chose this hotel because of it's practical location to visit the surrounding area of Tuscany. That is all the positive I have to say about the hotel. It started off badly when we were given the towels in reception for the swimming pool. We were told that these were our towels for the duration of our 10 day stay...

Lovely place. Wonderful food. Fabulous breakfast. Off the track from busy Florence, but much quieter. We stayed on a tour. I imagine you need a car. But this would be a good base for seeing northern Tuscany. Comfy with friendly service.

We stayed only one night in this hotel during our car trip in Italy. Our room was not ready or no standard rooms were available when we arrived, so we were upgraded and had a deluxe room. The room was very spacious and had a bath and a shower. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Pistoia, but unfortunately...

We booked to stay here as it was near enough to Pisa. We had a lovely big room with a great view of the Tuscan hillside. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, the maids were very keen on a morning to get in to clean our room. Outdoor pool was clean and big, and very popular, but guests at the...
