In terms of the hotel - we had a good experience. Well, I suspect averagely good - we had a tiny room (but we also got a great rate for summer and being one of the best hotels on the island) so it's excusable. In general, beyond the view and the swimming pool - nothing to really remember or right... More

During summer holidays Ponza is very crowded and it can be hard to find a free room unless you book well ahead. However, at "Chiaia di Luna" you will always find accommodation: this is the reason why.The location is very scenic : from the terrace there’s a view on both the village and the beach which gives the name to... The hotel is very nice and cosy. It is so beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Staff is nice, however, it might be difficult if you do not speak Italian, as not all the staff is very good at English. The rooms are quite small and it is up to luck what kind of view you will get. Some rooms... More

The hotel provides a free shuttle all day to and from the port. I felt very welcomed when I arrived to hotel. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. My room was very small (pics) you should be careful when you book because if you are tall maybe you will have some issues ( I wasn't happy about the room).... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights: me, my wife and my daughter (18months). Pros: the location is spectacular; the hotel is clean and the management extremely professional and gentle; high level buffet breakfast. Cons: the restaurant is strongly overrated (nice pool-side but the dishes claim to be "gourmet" although being far from that, besides the price); not the... More

We stayed here with two families with children. The family rooms were perfect - entailing an entryway with a staircase up to two interconnecting rooms - one made up with two single beds and one with a double bed. One of the rooms had a small terrace, and both rooms had good bathrooms and mini-bar fridges. The staff were extremely... More

rooms were comfortable and very clean and homely, living there was perfect for a family of four with children 20 and 23. The views were simply spectacular in all the main areas (since we didn't get a sea view) Breakfast was good.

Very clean. Staff friendly. Expensive by uk standards but not by ponza's. The pumping music bar didn't seem to fit, but it's a beautiful spot to take in the stunning sun set, however beware of the bar prices, 15 euros for a Spitz. The hotel is welcoming and the owners have great attention to detail. The favorite spot is the... More

A pleasant vacation in the beautiful Mediterranean island of Ponza. A wonderful view from the common areas of the hotel but no walking access to the beach. Access to all the beaches of Ponza is forbidden because of the possibility of falling down cliffs. A convenient shuttle takes visitors down to the village and the port. Great swimming pool in... Just spent 6 nights at this lovely hotel on the island of Ponza. My two sisters and I had a sea view suite with one sleeping on the sofa bed. We had a very large terrace and two bathrooms but only one toilet. The restaurant was excellent, breakfast had a good variety of delicious pastries, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs etc.... More
