This hotel is really well located on the Fornillo side of Positano. The very spacious terraces get lots of sun in the morning and the views are superb. Our room was spotless and had beautiful classic tiling. There are quite a few steps to the beach, but hey, this is Positano. Fornillo Beach is great and spending the whole day... More

We spent three nights in Hotel Vittoria. We were greeted with a friendly smile by Daniela at Reception. We had a speedy check in and then she showed us to our rooms. We were travelling with my daughter and SIL, we had adjacent rooms. Breakfast was included: Cold meats, cheeses, fruit juices, pastries, fruit pies, bread rolls, yogurts etc The... More

The hotel is 2-3 flights of stairs from the corner where the bus drops you at via Fornillo. So if you have heavy bags like we did, make sure to ask for a porter. Do tip him well as its a bit of a task just walking up & down from the road to the hotel, let alone carry bags.... More

We stayed in Positano on the recommendation of our travel agent. How pleased we are that we followed her advice. Positano, Vittoria Hotel and our ferry trip to Amalfi all contributed to our wonderful stay.

It says 4 mins from the beach, that is straight up stairs! For I would say 6-8 mins. Unless you fancy to run up them. The hotel is nice the breakfast is great, it's just too much on the side of a cliff for my liking. The beach is nice. The staff is great. There are more restaurants 4 mins... More

Beautiful little hotel , good food and very friendly staff. However..a word of warning. Please ensure when you check your departure times for the airport transfer that the receptionist calls ahead to make sure times are correct. We waited 2 and a half hours for a transfer , due to Thomson not advising the hotel that times had been updated.... More

Where to begin with describing our fabulous stay at Hotel Vittoria? (July/ August 2016) It has to be the views, which are breath taking - both from our balcony and breakfast room. The staff couldn't do enough for us and booked us boat trips, restaurants and taxis - they're English is great. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable... More

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Vittoria! The price can't be beat, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is always ready to help you with whatever you might need. I have stayed there two years in a row now, and will always come back! It is close to Fornillo beach which is definitely better than the main beach.... More

This was definitely a great hotel - especially for the price. I loved the location as it was close to fornillo beach (less touristy than the main beach in Positano). Be warned that there are a lot of stairs, but that is unavoidable when staying in Positano. The breakfast room had a lovely view and the room was of a... More

We were sad to leave this hotel as it was pretty, clean, central and the people there were welcoming and friendly. The walk up and down to the beach was rather challenging in the heat - over 200 steep steps, but made worth it by the fantastic swim in the sea. Breakfast was included in the price and was lovely.
