I have to start by apologising to the owners for not writing this review earlier, I had promised them a great review and never got around to it! So here it is now! We stayed, as a couple, in July 2015, and it was wonderful. The location was the best possible place to be on the Amalfi coast to escape...

Far, far better than staying at sea level. 1600 feet up the hillside just increases the magnificence of the views and the tranquility of the surroundings. The village is pedestrian only, so once parked you walk to and from your destination. We chose the secure parking and it was well worth the extra cost. Bus to Positano and boat from...

We couldn't find an available hotel room in Positano as we booked relatively late, so after long search, we decided to give this place a try. We were very happy that staying here up on the mountain gave us another perspective of the Amalfi coast. It's tranquil, down to earth, mingled with the local. The only caution is that be...

Without doubt this B&B is located in a beautiful village on a beautiful part of the Amalfi coast, 'Dina' & 'Peppe' go out of their way to make you feel as welcome as possible, personally I think their charges are quite reasonable given our recent experiences of costs of anything on the Amalfi coast. It is important when considering booking...

This really is a perfect, wonderful gem situated high up in Nocelle with stunning views over the bay. We were fortunate enough to stay for 10 days in September and would loved to have stayed longer. Guiseppe and Gerardina treated us like members of their own family and Margarita and Angela kept our room spotlessly clean. As in all other...

Family managed. Beppe truly support whatever expectations you might have. Outstanding terrace with a speechless views up to Capri. Having breakfast in the terrace is simply in experience. Off of the crowd of Positano is one of the best B&B we have ever been. Move up and down with the bus, is simpler.

Had a wonderful five days here in late September. If you come, ask for Room #7 with the beautiful balcony view and huge bathroom. Guiseppe and Margarete were wonderful and welcoming. We enjoyed an anything-you-want breakfast on their fantastic patio overlooking the sea. Staying in Nocella, which is a bus or taxi ride up the mountain, is worth it compared...

We spent 7 nights at Casa Cuccaro and from beginning to end it was a wonderful, relaxing, unique experience. The hosts Gerardina and Peppe are fabulous, warm, kind and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Angela and Margherita kept our room spotlessly clean as is the rest of the B&B. Peppe even came to the Nocelle car park to meet...

We had an amazing stay at Casa Cuccaro. The hospitality was outstanding, completely family owned and operated, our hosts were the Italian Grandparents we have always dreamed of. The B&B is located right near the Path of the Gods hike which was a highlight during our time in Italy. Also, the bus system between Nocelle and Positano was quite convenient...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa Cuccaro was an ancient agricultural building set in one of the most dramatic sites of all Positano, the tiny village of Nocelle. From here you can vertically dominate Positano and its entire coast with endless emotions. Peppe and his family welcome you with a genuine and authentic hospitality. Simple and tastefully decorated. Rooms are furnished with simplicity and good taste and they are very comfortable. All have a private terrace with chairs and table overlooking the sea, for one's own privacy. Thanks to its position Casa Cuccaro is sun-kissed for most of the day during the summer and benefits warm rays during the wintertime. ... more   less
