Avoid this hotel. Bad structure, dusty rooms, terrible food (maybe the croissant wasn't that bad) and the wi-fi was hardly there. It doesn't look that bad from the outside but we travelled at a large group and no-one approved it.

I've stayed in this hotel for 1 night on a group tour. On the outside it looks like a romantic palazzo. Inside it is dated and worn out. You could see it probably was nice once, but has fallen on hard times. I was in a single room; it was very small, looked somewhat broken and not very clean. Air...

This hotel has terrible bed. One half of bed was sagging, second half was soft, but creaky. The fridge on the room didnt work. The biggest disappointment was a food. It has nothing to do with Italy. It was unflavoured and horrible quality.

I don't know what these people are talking about. I've been to the Marriott, I've been to the Hilton, and I've been to many minor hotels you've probably never heard of but Hotel Eden gave me the most wonderful atmosphere. The staff was so kind, so sweet and caring proffesionally for my whole group. They would even bring us extra...

Definitely not a three star hotel. More like a very old fashioned, dirty house. The worst bit is that the staff are so unfriendly, so unhelpful. They are like gereatric robots in slow motion. I had an accident here 4 days ago. I tripped in the uneven cobbled locked driveway and smashed the right side of head off the cobblestones....

Noisy, dirty, with disgusting food. Do not stay at this place unless you really have no choice. The staff at the hotel behave as if they could not care less about the guests. Breakfasts are the same every day with very, very limited choice of poor quality food. The beds are rather uncomfortable and towels which used to be white...

We stopped here by chance on a drive along the coast. Hotel is a bit dated but generally pretty OK. Staff didn't speak much English and were not hugely friendly. The patio at the front is pleasant and we had a couple of drinks out here in the evening. Within walking distance to everything you'd want to see. Swimming pool...

We have been to various parts of Italy on 5 occasions and have loved the food and wines. We stayed at the Eden Hotel from the 9/6 to 23/6 this year. Our room was very pleasant on the 4th floor with a sea view. The food was terrible both in presentation and quality. There was no written menu, just very poor verbal translation in...

The hotel has a nice patio area including swimming pool, a decent breakfast, plus there's an underground parking area; and the staff were generally friendly and helpful I had a sea view from the room, which was spoilt by the constant noise from the main road (some 200 meters away) which ran through the town; and didn't seem to lessen...
