very clean and in a good position to start the excursion to the surroundings. It is run by a family and the the chef is simply great. Everything was perfect but the waiter (lady) that more than few times was a bit rough, but I guess this is a bit a characteristic of the people leaving in the mountains. Good...

Alpino Plan is a traditional family run hotel. As a 3 star what it lacks in frills is more than made up for by the staff's personal attention to detail - several things such as adding a black pepper grinder to our table were responded to unspoken just by staff observing what we needed. The food is more Austrian than...

Returning to Selva where I have stayed on several occasions over the years in various hotels and chalets. This time we traveled with Crystal on a package and I have traveled with Crystal before - in my view they can be a bit hit and miss however on this occasion they were on good form and we appreciate that they...

The hotel itself is fine with decent rooms and a nice bar area. The location could be better as buses to the door are infrequent and its a 100m walk from the busier bus stop down hill from the hotel. The hotel had a good warm boot room and sitting lounge with wifi(none in rooms).I found the food to be bland with...

We're really glad that we chose this hotel - everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient from start to finish. The Demetz family was most hospitable and talked to us about the local Ladin language and culture, as we were curious about this. The dinners were great for us vegetarians and nothing was too much trouble. The ladies who served...

Lovely hotel, as other visitors say the staff are vey helpful, the food is good and they take great care with special dietary requirements. The bedrooms are comfortable and so are all the communal areas. It was convenient for the skiing and we would definitely go again. Free Wifi downstairs but no reception in the bedrooms, but this was not...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were much larger and better furnished than some of the other 3* hotels in Italy that we have stayed in. We had a large bathroom with a bath and hot water was plentiful. The food was excellent every night and we were impressed with the owner who spoke to every...

Stayed here for a weeks skiing. Hotel just a short walk from small chair lift that feeds down into the main area and buses back up the village at the end of the day. Hotel small but spotlessly clean with many decorative touches that make it Alpine, homely but charming. The boot room was a good size and your boots...

We had a great week in this hotel for our skiing holiday. The family who run the hotel could not do enough for you. Food excellent. My wife needs a dairy-free diet and they provided exactly that with good variety.

Hotel Alpino Plan is a traditional family run hotel, it isn't fancy or posh but for a ski trip it was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great, large portions and plenty of variety. We traveled with Crystal and were pleased to find guests from all over Europe staying in the hotel. The rooms were...
