Around the corner from anything and everything with great views of La Rocca and the basilica of San Pietro. Beautiful formal garden. Incredibly helpful staff. I first stayed here with friends in March 2015 and returned with my mother because I has such a great experience.

Lovely small and private hotel perched in the corner of Spoleto. Nicely decorated in the style. The owner's son helped me by purchasing a replacement laptop cord for me in town and bringing to the hotel. Truly great service. My daughter and I had separate rooms and both were very nice, comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Good breakfast, attentive...

Low key elegance in a wonderfully tranquil residence tucked into a quiet yet convenient corner of Spoleto. In the shadow of The Rocca, this lovingly restored & well maintained Palazzo is managed by a gentile, helpful & friendly family. The gardens & common rooms are pleasing & comfortable, our bedroom was generously proportioned, beautifully appointed & very clean. All recommended...

Nice room with the view on the hills, a breakfast in an italian style garden. The old residence has been restored by the owner after the earthquake of some year ago and I can prove the building is now safe: two shock arrived when I was there and the house is still there without damages.

We visited one week Spoleto and enjoyed this beautiful and peaceful palace. Everything was fine: the location, the room, the bathroom, the environment, and the helpful staff. The breakfast was quite good too. We had room with view to nature, it was very beautiful. There are many good restaurants near the hotel and most important sights you can reach with...

In a very neat corner of Spoleto, this restored palazzo is an incredible and tranquil respite. Sit in the garden and overlook the valley below. As a French couple said after coming out of the hotel one morning, "Oooolala!"

We had a hard time finding the hotel because we were in lower Spoleto, so we called them and their son Gianni answered the phone. I explained to him where we were and he said, "I'll be right there to meet you".....from then on he and his mother couldn't have been nicer. We loved Spoleto but mainly loved this place...

We stayed at the Palazzo Leti for 3 nights of a 14 day trip to Italy. Walking into the garden, we thought we'd arrived at a palace! The garden, the view, the lobby, the room - all were gorgeous. The owners were very helpful, especially when my husband's CPAP machine stopped working, and we had to order a new one...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The beautiful residence of the noble Leti family is located in the historic center of Spoleto. According to various sources, it seems that this was the first residence of the Leti family who arrived in Spoleto in 1500 but the family name became extinct at the beginning of the XIX century. due to a lack of male heirs. The Residence was built shortly after the medieval city walls were constructed (1292) using, in part, a pre existent Roman structure which you can still see walking along Via delle Felici. Recent restoration has revealed an important architectural, environmental and historic heritage not to mention a garden that has been restored in classic "Italian garden" style. From the garden one can admire the beautiful view of Monteluco and some of Spoleto's most important monuments including the Rocca Albornoziana, and St. Peter's Church. Rooms: The Historical Residence consists of 12 rooms, all of which are decorated with warm lightly coloured fabrics and organza. Each room, with its unique architecture, colour and decor is reminiscent of a noble room of the past. All rooms have a view of the sacred mountain of the Spoleto valley "Monteluco", which evokes the peace and the harmony of the hermits that once lived there. Facility: Soundproof, safe, mini bar, air conditioning, TV sat, internet access free. ... more   less
