Made reservation online, rooms very clean and comfi. Has a kitchen if you want to cook. A little bit far from the center of the village ( could be looked at as advantage or disadvantage:)) Overall good value for money.

It is located about 1km apart from center of the town. So It's very peaceful, quiet. Near the hostel, there is a beautiful mud beach. You can reach the panoramic point for the fire work of volcano just for 20-30 minutes by walk. Rooms are pretty and clean. Staffs are so friendly. I enjoyed peaceful rest here.

I have been in over 50 countries, 100 of hostels, and this one it is my favourite. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, the staff is great... I am so sad I have just 3 days there. But I will be back!!!

We had a wonderful night in the hostel - 9 of us had hired 2x 5 bedroom rooms, which were lovely, clean and airy. There was plenty of room, 4 bathrooms each with shower and a large kitchen, with lots of nicely presented dry good to use. There was a sun terrace, from which you could see the volcano and...

Lovely hostel type place to stay. Away from the more tourist side of the village with a lovely small secluded beach about 50m away and a nice 20 minute walk to a pizza restaurant with a view over the lava field. Rooms, beds and public spaces were spotless and well looked after. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough...

Wonderful panoramic patio (view on the sea and on Stromboli - some big explosions can be seen from there!). Small beach really close, with some shade. - really...

I booked Casa del Sole having read all the reviews on Trip Advisor. Very basic accommodation, a good distance from the port, so its hard work carting all the luggage through the windy streets and main town. The rooms were clean, but there were no mosquito nets on any of the windows or doors, and the rooms had no air...

We hadn't booked accommodation before arriving so got to look at a few other places before getting to Casa del Sole and choosing it. It is a bit of a walk from the ferry but if you ring ahead the helfpul owner will pick you up and drop you off. At night you might need a flashlight for some streets...

We had not booked anywhere on Stromboli, but headed To Casa del Sole. The owner was out, but returned my Call ASAP. She was very welcoming. For a reasonable price we had a triple room with en suite. It was clean but no toilet roll!! We had use of the communal Fridge And kitchen, but no breakfast. I walked with...

Even though I was travelling in May this is not peak season so the place was empty. This was bad as I was staying on my own and had to walk back along a very long and dark road to get back at night (i.e. after doing the hike to the top of Stromboli which was an incredible experience!) If...
