It was quite clear from the start that the staff and management at this boutique hotel are a close-knit and competent team. The hotel has a wonderful setting just outside Vasto with its own charming pebble beach with beautiful panoramic views. Our rooms were relatively simple, but very clean and thoroughly comfortable. The gardens are lovely and serene, and perfect for daytime or evening relaxation. We benefited from the very kind, friendly and useful advice given to us by the hotel’s owner Angelo and his amazingly welcoming and enthusiastic partner Manuella. They are obviously passionate about what they do, and hugely hospitable. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
Exceeded expectations. Friendly team of staff, very helpful. Booked us restaurants, recommended and booked a great hair dresser, supplied tickets to amusement park. Only a small amount of rooms means you never feel crowded and the whole hotels grounds are big for such a small amount of guests. Rooms are on the small size but beautifully fitted out and new. Air Con, sky TV, nice bed and bathrooms are lovely and new. Good water pressure. We had the junior suite for 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids 9,7 and 3 which was fine for us and not to overcrowded. In a few years this rooms would not be big enough for us all but on this trip it was perfect and great value. The beach area is nice and wonderful to look over. The beach itself is not the best, very very rocky and hard to plant your feet with surety. That being said once in the water you just float or swim out from the beach and it’s like every other beach in the world. There was a paddle board for those that wanted to explore the seafront. I will write another review for the restaurant but it is excellent and we ate here 5 times in 5 days crossing over lunch or dinner. It was a quiet place being still June but the fish and quality of ingredients was exceptional. Breakfast is ok and Illy coffee excellent. I found all the staff and owners terrific to deal with. I would defiantly return and recommend Villa Vignola. …
What a great find. On my way to Bari to catch up with friends and broke the trip. Wanted a place near the beach and unique. Well Villa Vignole is it. Beautiful place, amazing staff, and dinner on the terrace exceptional If u want a truly relaxing few days u should not miss it
Villa Vignola truly is one of the most beautiful, serene, and magical places, I have ever stayed. Set on the Adriatic Sea, quiet warm breezes pass through the hotel and the grounds set on the beach. The staff was like family, and were always there to accommodate our needs. Villa Vignola is a jewel not to be missed, and should be discovered by all, here in Vasto Italy.
Fantastic hotel with the greatest and very attentive staff. Amazing location with small private beach. High end restaurant with great selection. I spent a weekend by myself and my dog and it was a great experience. Vasto city a short drive away is very cute and the long beach at Spiaggia Punta Penna is well worth a visit.
We spent 3 nights at Villa Vignola and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and modern with beautifully done renovations. The location is spectacular with ocean views from both our balcony and the restaurant as well as a comfortable seaside lounging area with attentive bar service. Amenities included free wifi and continental breakfast. The whole staff was wonderful to us and made us and our kids feel welcome. We had two dinners at the restaurant and they were outstanding. The food was excellent and well-priced. Even our youngest, the picky eater, was happy! If it sounds like I am gushing, I am. We enjoyed the hotel immensely and wouldn't hesitate to go back next time we are in the region.
We wanted to get away, relax and feel, pampered. This is perfect. Great staff and a high standard of service. Restaurant on site serving really good sea food. A terrace with really comfortable loungers and a few steps down to The sea where they provide comfortable sea inflatables. The sea was clear with beautiful views of the old trabocco. A heaven.
Beautiful environment. Small hotel with unique assimmetric room - I liked it very much. White, pure ambiente in an outside. Enjoyed the breakfast on the terasse. It was still in March. Beach is nice with the round small stones. Taste of orange was good from the trees around hotel
Simply put, a paradise on the Adriatic This fabulous property is only out shined buy the gracious hospitality by each and every staff member. Very modern amenities yet you are taken back to simpler times We did not want to leave & cannot wait to return again.
Worth the detour -spent 2 fabulous days here and would come back in a heart beat!!! The rooms are tastefully decorated and all in white. Just don't expect sand on their beach. They had boats for our disposal and the restaurant is all' about fish and quite delicious and very attentive staff!
