The family takes pride in their product and are to be seen through out the hotel daily, they have their own garden where they grow their own produce. The rooms are spacious and have all facilities, one draw back is that the bathroom is open on top via the shared wall which. The location of the hotel is on top of the mountain (challenge by car) and steep walk down to the town but luckily they offer free shuttle to the town when available. One of the best views of the town and the sea - Must see sunset.
What an amazing 8 night stay we had here! The room was lovely, great view too! All the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the receptionist were all extremely helpful.. especially with our travels! They advised the best places to visit & the best way to travel too them. We travelled into sorrento every night near enough & the walk down to the train station is downhill so it’s fine but to walk back up to the hotel it was a lot with the heat but the hotel was very accommodating and offer a complimentary lift from the station back to the hotel which was extremely handy! The food was amazing, breakfast was delightful! They have options to accommodate everyone. I am gluten free and I was extremely looked after, I have never been so accommodated for gluten free at a hotel like I have here it was excellent! Overall, a 5* experience from me and my partner we throughly enjoyed our stay here and will most definitely be back!…
First the receptionist is the most unhelpful unprofessional poker face u can ever meet, giving us this so sarcastic smile all the time. Seriously I can’t talk to him nor look at him again till we leave. No one helps u with the bags . . Ac is extremely weak the room is terribly hot ! & he is insisting that it is working great !!! The ac actually goes off completely every 15 mns for 30 mns minimum On another note if one of us go out to balcony and close the door & not lock it from inside ( I really don’t know how) the ac will stop completely. Until now we don’t know what to do & considering leaving . Asked for a kettle he insisted they don’t have this service!!! Maybe tomorrow they can get one from another premises !! The phone in the room not working! Not even a cup or a mug in the room . They gave us only one key & after being really angry they gave us an extra key as we are two in the room . We paid a big sum of money for the biggest frustration & fraud ever . * they have a nice roof with view that is it !…
This is a beautiful hotel. I would say the photos really don’t do it justice. The hotelis immaculately clean and the staff members are very helpful. The breakfast buffet is incredible! The views are stunning from the rooftop. The hotel is off the beaten path, so be sure to ask about the walking path that brings you to the center of town. What a wonderful surprise.
We had some relaxing days at Domo20. The staff was friendly and helpful and made our stay in Vico Equense a great experience. There were some reconstruction at the rooftop during our stay, but the staff did their best avoiding this to disturb our experience to much. Highly recommended:)
My wife and I were looking for a smaller hotel that was nice and not in a pure tourist area. We were so happy with our selection of Domo20. It is a nice 30 room hotel with the owners and their kids on sight making sure you are happy. It is also pet friendly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The views are amazing from the rooftop lounge and restaurant, and we had our best meal in Italy at the rooftop restaurant while enjoying an amazing sunset. The menu was all seafood and I told the owner that I don’t eat seafood. She had the chef make a special vegetarian menu for me that was great and my wife said that the fish was the best she has had. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk downhill to the town where there are many restaurants and shops and the bus and train station. The train is only 10 mins to Sorrento for 2 euros. The hotel will arrange to pick you up from downtown so you don’t have to walk uphill if you don’t want to. The concierge is great about arranging trips to Capri, Amalfi Coast and Pompei. You can see Mt. Vesuvius from the rooftop. I can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff. I usually stay at big name hotels but this was a nicer experience. Also, the majority of the tourists there when we stayed were from Italy, so if it is good enough for the Italians it is goo enough for me.…
Great hotel with a wonderful view on the roof terrace. The owners and the staff are very welcoming and always try to fulfill every wish. The hotel is furnished with great attention to detail and the breakfast with local specialties is very good. It is not far to walk to the center of Vico Equense, we did not use the shuttle service. The spacious parking garage is also not a matter of course in this region. We really enjoyed the days on the Amalfi Coast and would love to come back.
Be careful... Bkd this well in advance and they emailed me shortly before my arrival to say closed for construction and I would be moved to an apartment in the townsomewhere... Yet rooms advertised on numerous websites with a more expensive rate than what I paid originally ..when I asked then why they took down the availability online ...not good enough at all
A stop on my way to Sorrento! An attractive place with an astonishing view on the sea. We were welcomed by a very sociable host. There we were offered to taste a lot of different dishes thanks to the special chef Danilo who makes use of extraordinary combination of ingredients. We appreciated this restaurant not only for the opportunity to taste both new and traditional dishes but also because it is a comfortable place where you can hang out with your friends!!! I hope to come back soon
I stay in this fantastic location with my girl, it was a really journey of taste. We had a tasting menù and a bottle of local wine... I would like to thank all the staff in particular the property and they fantastic children. See you soon!!
