Lovely quiet hotel, clean with modern rooms, the staff were really friendly and gave us loads of info of the area, it’s so close to the marina and sea which was amazing. Great seafood restaurants a few mins down the road. Would recommend the area as it’s much quieter than Sorrento and it felt like it was where Italians spent their hols rather than super busy Sorrento.

Room Tip: Restaurants get busy after 9, but you can always get a table at 7:30 with the sunset view. Easy...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a school trip. One of my friends stayed in a room in which spiders and ants crawled out of the shower drain. I found bed bug bites up and down my legs. The breakfast and dinner were both terrible unless you consider salt an acceptable seasoning. The management was very rude if we tried to bring up air conditioning issues as well.

Lovely location. Staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Food was great after being out all day and the local wine great. Is a bit of a climb to get to town but will keep you fit. Staff will arrange transport if needed.

If you are looking for a quiet isolated place in a fisherman village, that.s the place for you! The room was spotless clean, with crisp linen, small terrace. Huge breakfast, that is if your idea of starting the day is a large selection of cakes. The downside is the thin walls, or, in our case some noisy australians with small children who didnt get over the jetlag and couldnt adapt to european time. There is a swimming pool and a nice cherry tree loaded with fruit at the end of May. In total, not bad for the price. But, if you want to get out of the village, there is a bus at 8am( returns at 5pm) or the option of 10-15 min up the hundreds of steps, depending on the speed. Going down is quicker and more fun, watching the people dieing going up.

We liked this hotel it is nicely situated and the staff were very helpful. This was to the extent we arrived after some bad weather and they cleaned the swimming pool for us so my daughter could use it the next day. Breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of it. Night staff was very friendly and introduced us to the cat which my daughter really liked even though it is wild. However this hotel is at the bottom of a very long flight of steps and if you don't have a car and are carrying luggage this is a very long haul Bus only runs between June and October and there only seemed to be one taxi in the area.

We spent 4 nights in this Hotel in September with a group of 35 (no other guests were in the Hotel). The Hotel is clean, our room was spacious enough. A bunk bed was also in our room, so it can be OK for a family with kids. Some group members who stayed in rooms in the groundfloor complaint about stuffy & musty rooms. The air conditioner worked well, we could set it manually with remote controller. There were rolling shutter on the window, so we could make absolutely dark for the night. The breakfast was poor (maybe it was only for our group, contracted with travel agency) The harbour and the beach is about 5 minutes walk. There is an information desk in the harbour where you can take maps, brochure about the city, area. You can reach the town centre with yellow EAV bus (bust stop near to Hotel) or walking steep steps from the beach (you need to be in good condition, the steps are exhaustive) Good to know that there is a regular ship service at 8:00 am every day to Capri (it stops in Sorrento also). The fare is 18,30 EUR to Capri (one way) . The ship came back at 17:15 from Capri to Vico Equense Harbour.
