Luciana, the owner, makes this B&B your home. It is wonderfully located in the heart of San Pellegrino - the medieval heart/quarter of Viterbo. It is clean, the rooms are well-equipped with free wi-fi, air conditioning, good-sized bathrooms, and sound-proof windows (which you will need as it is on a well-traveled street). Once you close the windows, you get an...

La Terrazza Medioevale is charming, comfortable, and a perfect location to explore Viterbo's ancient neighborhoods. Owners Luciana and Mauro are welcoming and friendly and offer great advice about what to see and do in the area. When you stay at La Terrazza, be sure and ask Signora Luciana for her 'special' map of Viterbo's historical center, as it lists all...

We had one night in the family run B&B. Very personable and friendly with nice touches, great breakfast at a banquet style table. Pretty terraces with excellent views over Viterbo. Definitely worth a stay

Spent two nights in this flat in a beautifully converted pallazio. Great Welcome, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts and superb terrace. Owner so helpful and welcoming - you almost forgot you couldn't speak Italian! Very well situated in the ancient walled centre - a good choice for a short stay or as a centre for a trip to the...

Found this B&B on the Net, and managed to make the reservation pretty easily. I'd been to Viterbo a couple of years ago, but stayed outside the walls. This year we were doing a three day tour with a city each day, so the objective was to drive to Viterbo from Fiumicino, check-in, do the Centro Storico, have dinner and...

We came late at night in charming Viterbo which is closed for vehicles(police was very kind and let us to approach to the hotel as a guests). The hotel is in the hearth of medieval Viterbo closed so we have to wake up the receptionist who...

“There are very few rooms and all of them are very good.”

“The rooms are air conditioned, which means they are quiet at night. The windows seal tightly, and there are screens. We would turn off the aircon in the early morning and open the windows to let in the cool breeze. It's a tiny street below and not a major traffic area, so not noisy. We stayed in the Rubino (ruby) room.”
