Fantastic bed and breakfast. Welcoming hostess, who spoke enough English to bail us out when our French failed. Delightful setting with the mill race separating the sections of the property. Lovely breakfasts and all at 88€ / night for the two of us. If we are ever in this area of France again we will be back!

A gem of a B&B in Reviers, - a lovely little village just a few kilometers from Courseulles sur Mer. If you are wanting to visit the D Day beaches, this is the perfect place to stay. Situated approximately 20 minutes drive from the ferry port at Ouistreham (Caen), many of the key 'D Day' landmarks are close at hand....

Every now and then you come across a place that completely exceeds ones expectations. La Malposte is one of those places. Booked purely on a need to be reasonable close to Caen ferry port and having read a few reviews on TA I had no idea what to expect. And, it was the evening of my birthday so it could...

Excellent bed and breakfast, the welcome and friendliness were sincere and the rooms and breakfast very good. The garden was beautiful and great to sit in with a bottle of the excellent local cider. La Malposte is in a great location for touring the D Day landing area and inland if desired.

My husband and I stayed here on the first couple of days of our French holiday this year. We were straight off the ferry at 9.30pm at Caen and got here 15 minutes later, so it is very close but in such a tranquil spot and so beautiful. We stayed for two nights, this place does represent value for money....

Wow what a fantastic place to stay!!! Eight of us took up 3 rooms for 4 nights on the mill side ,all of which were very pleasant and had all the facilities necessary. It is however the welcome given by Patricia and Jean Michel and the superb gardens which make this such an excellent place to rest a while. Hidden...

The male teenagers in our party are not known to be impressed by gardens generally but the comment on seeing this garden with its tucked away sunbathing places and the fast flowing stream made the comment slip out! Not only was the garden lovely, the house and rooms were charming and so were the couple running it. Madame made us...

Stayed in this gem of a property where the owners have lived for 30+ years and have created a lovely experience! A beautiful garden with a fast running stream and you can even buy a plant and the hostess producing a lovely culinary surprise each morning

This was such a beautiful place with wonderful atmosphere. Such attention to detail! Gorgeous gardens, excellent hospitality, delicious breakfast. Rooms were very nice. Close the beaches and a great little drive through the French countryside.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our honeymoon. We were overwhelmed by the fantastic setting: the garden is simply beautiful with lots of nooks and crannies and places to while away an afternoon. Veronica was very friendly and put on a fantastic spread for breakfast. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location is very...
