Fantastic place. Great plantbased food. All the lessons, meditation sessions, morning rituals etc are amazing. -Right now you have a unique chance to experience a more quiet version of the Sanctuary (due to corona). -It might seem pricey, but there is a lot of value in all the sessions (meditation and yoga), massages, food, and overall experience. -The food is fresh and filling. You are served breakfast by the river before yoga, lunch with dessert, and three-course meals for dinner every night. -The teachers are great. It was my first time doing yoga and I enjoyed it a lot, both the more relaxing sessions and the tougher ones.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I was utterly blown away by my retreat at Amayen. The food was absolutely delicious, the grounds were breathtaking, the staff provided so much personal attention and went above and beyond every step of the way. There was so much thought put into the guest experience, tons of little surprises that floored me, each and every day. The yoga instruction was personalized and so much fun, each instructor with their unique personalities. I highly recommend this retreat, it was worth every penny.

I am a yoga enthusiast but by no means an advanced practitioner. There are too much great things about Amayen… This is the best place you could be to learn or improve your existing yoga practice so take full advantage, and also not to forget the mindful breathing and meditation. Everything is designed for comfort and convenience and I loved the attention to detail throughout the resort. This time my trip is only 4 days, seriously 4 days is never been enough. Our room is been upgraded to Lana House - this room is gorgeous! The surroundings are just beautiful - the sound of river flow, bells and gong for reminding our next activities. The vibe is enchanting, relaxing and inspiring. We are so in love with the vegan food here, to eat mindfully is one of my purpose. Thank you Miguel, Lin, Valentine and the team, you guys are the perfect host. Again, thank you for taking care of us. Namaste.

I have travelled the world however i can tell you that a stay at Amayen Sanctuary is magical and life changing. You are transported to a new spiritual world created by Miguel and his loveable family. The 2 fabulous daily yoga lessons are just a tiny part of the spiritual journey i have experienced this past 6 days. The various daily rituals are unique and provided me with a retreat way above what i expected. I am not vegian at all but the succulent vegian meals served daily were a perfect addition to this fabulous discovery. My wooden house and bedroom was so comfortable as well. Amayen is truly a sanctuary, i can not wait to return, and also send all my friends in search of a peaceful and extraordinary life changing experience.

I wish I could stay longer than the 3 days. I highly recommend Amayen for anyone looking for a beautiful, boutique mindfulness, yoga, and meditation retreat. Tranquil surroundings and lovely fit-for-purpose areas; nice accommodation and very comfortable bed (we stayed in the Lana house); yoga twice a day by great instructors; guided meditation; foot massages next to the river and massages right there; nice pool area, reading area and mindfulness journey every morning. The food was superb - even for non-vegans. Service to the finest touch from start to finish was of the best I have ever experienced. Thank you to everyone at Amayen! You have a very special place there and wish I can visit again ... for a week next time
