This place is a real haven, the family is very calm and kind, they speak English well. The pick up and drop off from the airport is included. Oil massage excellent. Really enjoyed my time here. I liked using the free bike to take a look around seeing the rice fields.

We have been to Thailand a few time before and this year decided to stay in one place for a bit longer. Our options were to rent an apartment for 4 weeks or do a home-stay. We never did a home-stay and based on reviews, selected Ban Chunsongsang HomeStay. It was an interesting experience and we truly enjoyed the hospitality...

Dear Dr. Peter, Thank you very much for the comment about the seats in the living area. That is very good to know what the guests think about our living area. We are so sorry that we did not provide the comfortable seats for you. If we know you required the cushion on the wooden bench. We will not hesitate...

We decided to book this home stay due to its amazing reviews on here. So glad we did, you get a true thai experience here. £10 a night including breakfast was such a bargain. From the moment of walking out of bag collection at the air port and seeing a sign with our name on it to Nong personally dropping...

I stayed there again in December 2016 for the second time. Very warm hospitality and assistance for all travelling information. Very tasty and delicious food, clean rooms. High level of caring for the guests impressed me much and I have no other choice except this one in my next trip to Chiang Mai.

For 10 nights we payed 130 euro (breakfast included). Bicycle was free and motorbike was 250 bath p/day. Koko is a perfect guide for the Chiang Mai zone and for the North of Thailand. If...

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in the homestay. Nong, Koko and all the employees are always smiling and keen on helping their guests. The bungalows are simple but comfortable and neat. The food at the restaurant is good and spicy - but not too hot for Europeans! There are bikes at guests' disposal to explore the surrounding villages...
