Perfect location - quiet but 2 minutes walk from noisy central street. Perfect room with tea /coffee facilities, bathroom with electric heating device and good soundroofing. Perfect breakfast with omlette. Unbeatable. I will definitely return.

Riquewihr is a small, quaint and lovely town. If you are considering Colmar, I would suggest don't. Stay here or the neighbouring Ribeauville. Hotel le Schoenenbourg is 5 mins away from the town centre, which makes the location superb. Parking is easy and plentiful. The rooms are a tad small. We had a party of 3 and it felt tight.... More

We chose Riquewihr for its reputation as a picturesque town. We didn't realise it was basically a car free village but as this is just out side the walls it had ample and free parking available. The rooms were large and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is situated with views over the vineyards next to the town.... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a driving holiday in Europe and to be honest, we wished we could have stayed an extra couple of days. The hotel is clean, the rooms are adequate, the pool is lovely, the staff are friendly and the breakfasts are tasty. The little terrace at the front of the... More

This was one of the nicer places that we stayed, being gone a month. We really like balconies and there are only six. The ones in front have a high railing and you really can't see over them. The two rooms on the end of the second floor(122 especially) have huge private balconies overlooking the vineyards. I would try for... More

We loved our 3 nights in this hotel. Our room was very clean and a good size. Missed having a small patio tho. The only downside was us having the petit breakfast. It was pricey for 6.50 Euros and was only a croissant, no butter, no jam, no knife. and a coffee. I asked for a packet of jam and... More

I visited this hotel, bringing a group from the United States in September. What a great location for visiting Alsace. Everything one could want is nearby - restaurants, shops. anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful - the best in all of our stay. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone, this is the place for Alsace!

Arrived from Eguisheim (just down the road) as could only stay there one night. Nice room, clean and comfortable with a balcony (only one of six, I believe) overlooking the vineyards. Five minutes walk from the main village very pretty with all the shops and restaurants-perfect. Lovely breakfast with all you could possibly want. Bright and cheery staff-will certainly be... More

This is truly the best accommodation available in the town of Riquewihr. Immaculately clean, beds have lovely linens and are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are new and efficient. I would return here in an instant if staying in this town - there is no better accommodation. My friend and I realized this after an unfortunate experience in another accommodation... More
