The Hotel is in an old building in a very central position, just opposite the Casino and close to the sea front. To get to our room (30/31) we got the lift to the 3rd floor then down 8 steps followed by going up 20 spiral steps - difficult lugging 2 cases and a carrier after cycling 60Km. Our room(s)... More

We were booked in for 2 nights by our cycling tour operator and as we had decided to stay on for a further 2 nights to enjoy Arcachon moving hotel seemed a bit pointless but on hindsight I think we could have done better, we had a second floor room over looking the rear courtyard which was ok, a small... The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. It's located a short walk away from the sea front, on a busy road, with all amenities, but unfortunately quite a lot of road noise. There seems to be a bistro in the building, but the restaurant is around the corner and across the street. Despite having... More

My wife and I and two of our grandchildren stayed here for one night in July. The hotel is situated in a central part of Arcachon just one street back from the sea front. There is limited parking available at the hotel – about four spaces but otherwise it is mainly street parking. We were advised by the helpful lady... More

Intolerant friends , pass your way! I asked for gluten-free bread for breakfast 3 months before my stay. I am told that it is possible. I call a week before to confirm this. No problem. The first morning I am told that there is none. So I start my day without breakfast. No explanation or apology from the receptionist ...... More

We stayed her for four nights using it as a base for sight seeing. It is in a great location close to the town centre, the sea front and loads of good restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable we didn't have any issues at all. Yes the decor is a bit dark but otherwise no negative comments at all.... More

This is a really nice hotel with a lovely atmosphere. It's very central and only a 3 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are bright and spaceious and very clean. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no downside to this hotel.

I would stay here again simply because the staff were so lovely! We were greeted very warmly at reception. They remembered we had made a reservation for parking and arranged it promptly. The hotel is well situated one road back from the water. A very short walk gets you to the beach and many restaurants. There is also a supermarket... More

I am amazed at reading the other quite negative reviews. We stayed last week and found the hotel very nice. We had a good welcome, friendly receptionist and the room was small but had a little terrace balcony overlooking a little garden area and was clean and perfect for the night and the price charged. They allowed us to leave... More
