Not what I think of when I think Best Western, it was better, It was really very nice and clean and an easy walk to the city center, Christmas market and medieval sections of the town . The front desk staff cannot be beat. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. If you stay here in the winter, it is a...

3 to 4 star standard. Welcome @ reception pleasant & helpful enough along with showing / showround of room etc Room size & quality above average with only broken bathroom floor tiles + previous customers rubbish on bathroom floor detracting from otherwise high standards of maintenance etc Cleanliness / presentation of public areas & location for town centre all well...

Overnight stay in Sarlat to see the Christmas market. Hotel near the city centre, about 5 minutes walk. Lovely hotel, would return. Amazing light show area around the Christmas market, but watch out as many storeholders close around 7.00pm - on a Friday night, the week before Christmas, thought they would stay open a bit longer!! Not the hotels fault,...

Superb value for money. Fastidiously clean and a great base to explore the beautiful town of Sarlat. Thoroughly recommended. The staff bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and were extremely helpful.

Fine, basic hotel with a nice pool (unheated in October). The decor in our section of the hotel was charming with wonderful fabric wall-covering and beautiful chintz covered chairs in the common areas. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel was quiet and beds very comfortable.

This is our third visit to BW le Renoir. They have handicap accessible rooms large in size to European standards. Locate a few blocks from the historic district and now with parking across the street this hotel is the place to stay in Sarlat. Book early since tour companies use this hotel. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and accommodating...

This Best Western-operated hotel features spacious, clean rooms with en suite bathrooms, a pool, a bar, and a generous breakfast each morning. It's located within walking distance of all of the key sights in Sarlat, a beautiful city. Parking is available in nearby lots, though we had luck finding spaces on the street just outside the hotel. The only downside...

Hotel is simple but nice. Lovely breakfast, need to find your own parking, rooms are nothing fancy but pleasant. Caves and Castles outside of town, lovely old town square with shopping and restaurants in town, charming area. Staff and service was great.

This hotel was a disappointment. We booked the best room – it faced the street and had a view of shuttered buildings across the way. There were a couple of things that were down right strange – more than quirky. Our queen-size bed was a murphy bed – it was set up as a bed when we arrived, but it...

We stayed here one night on our travel to the south of France. Very clean, nicely decorated hotel. The staff are very helpful and accommodating...Benjamin will do anything for you! They were great about restaurant and site recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
